Whenever I try to "Access Zoho Mail", it keeps sending me to a page where it asks me to link a phone number and enter my password. I already input and verified a phone number! Is there a way to send a password reset link to my users secondary email? When I create a new user, I would like to have a system generated link sent to a secondary email so I do not have to set a generic password and email that to them. If I have to email a generic password, is there a way to force them to change their password on the next log in? I do not want to force it for everyone, just the new users.

Cannot create domain based email account
Hi, I've added the domain quivit.nl to Zoho mail and now I want to create a domain based email acount. When I open up Zoho Mail it redirects to https://mail.zoho.com/cpanel/createMailAccount.do. When I'm choosing to create a domain based email account and enter the text and then push the proceed button, nothing happens. Can someone please resolve this? Jeroen

Hi, I have created my account with a domain email. however after setting up the email account it asked me to verify my email which i dont have access to because i registered with the domain email. after that I changed the email to another email and got verified and when i go to my mail cpanel it says no domain configured. however I can access to my previously configured emails while creating the account. I have sent a support request to zoho regarding this. however no reply from zoho yet. Any solution

I created a group by mistake in contacts.zoho.com. I am unable to delete it. Even the super admin can't do it. There was a group with the same name in Control Panel but I deleted it.
