Hi, I sent a few test emails from my user accounts and they are not appearing as from the email address I want, rather they are appearing from my own name and not my business email. They only appear as my business email when you click into my name in outlook. Is there a way to make the emails appear from the business email address, rather than my own name. I messed around in admin settings and changed everything I could find that I thought it could possibly be, but still I have no luck. Thanks.

Email from my users doesn't download to my mail client
I use Apple Mail, all software is updated to latest version. For some reason all email from my users will not download to my mail client and I can only access from webmail. We are using the free service. We don't have any groups or forwards created.

How do I know my own zoho generated email to fwd mail to here
I have my own email address here (not zoho) receiving the welcome emails but I tried a test email forwarded from my other server (siteground) to the email address that was generated here for the DNS server but that must not be my email here? Did not do new MX records as I am only forwarding email to here. Hope that made sense. Where do I find that kind of info on this end? Also cannot find settings for send/receive intervals?

Migration Adds Server & Account (Occasionally), But No Mail Moves After 'Start' Is Selected
Hi guys, been trying to figure out how to fix this all night and early today. I've been having a real difficult time getting my domain hosted Outlook mail to migrate over to Zoho. I've tried IMAP with Server name: imap-mail.outlook.com Port: 993 Encryption method: SSL And providing login details. Several times it rejected it with the phrase "Authentication details provided was rejected by Source server. Kindly provide valid username and password.", but I was able to login to the old email just fine.
