Outgoing emails - Operation permitted for paid user(s) only.
We recently set up Zoho to try it out, and today we sent an email to all of our customers to advise them of our new email address. unfortunately we didn't realise there was a recipient limit on the outgoing email server, so outgoing has been blocked for one user, and when admin logs in and tries to unblock it we get the error Operation permitted for paid user(s) only. What do we need to do to rectify this ?

Help finding the Control Panel/Adding Users
I'm having such a hard time. I have a free Zoho mail account. I am logged in as the Super admin. I have user accounts that I want to add. Currently, all the the email accounts are separated and I just want everyone connected. Every resource says you can change/add people in the Control panel. I have scoured to find this control panel. I even tried links in past posts to reach it and they didnt work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Then later realised that (in fact exactly a day later) and created mail account and verified the domain. Now I am unable to create the new user, as it is said to be linked to another organisation. Hello, Every time I try to create the following email account: - contact@onehappywallet.com I got the next error: - “User already invited” I go to « Invitation list » and delete the invitation, but when I try to create the account again, I’ll have the same error message “User already invited”. Want NO Signature on Replies?
Zoho mail has been working out for me so far but one small annoyance is that signatures get added to every email, including replies. Something Outlook does that I really love is they have an option to have signatures applied to the first email in a string but not any subsequent replies. It helps make the email chain far cleaner and easier to read. I did some checking around the control panel and I did not see that option anywhere, does it exist? Hi, I had one mail ID info@wealthbynature.com at GoDaddy (Office 365). Recently i started using ZOHO mail for my domain (wealthbynature.com) and created 4 mail IDs there which are working perfectly. Split Delivery Configuration Problems
We enabled email routing for using dual delivery on our domain (Split Delivery). The problem that we have is that every few days the relay turn it self off for no reason. Timezones All Incorrect
Hi I created a new company account - default timezone is set to Pacific GMT-8. Why is there not a simple Question in the sign-up process to set the correct timezone. I now find that I am unable to go back to my users to set their timezones correctly.
