Can not delete domain
I did everything to delete the domain but the delete option isn't available anywhere. I went to control panel> domain but I disabled mail hosting too but still I got no delete option there. Even I clicked on my site name on domains for the domain details but there is no delete option either. Help me please.
I could not see all users to see email they have sent on specific lead potential or contact
Hi, We have three users in our account, when I click on Zoho Mail Ad On Users I only see the admin and one of the users. How do I see all users under the Zoho Mail Ad On Users? Also when I go to lead or potential, when I go to emails, under the Dropdown "Sent By " I only see two accounts. How do I see all emails sent by all users under this dropdown? I ahve attached a screenshot for your reference.
Not Able to Access Online
I am not able to access my email online. It will not pull it up even though all other pages are working and I have full internet connectivity. This is also the same issue my colleague is having with her zoho mail in the same area. When I try to access, it says webpage not available.
Unable to verify domain
Hi, I have register DNS with godaddy and hosted the domain in AWS. I am trying to verify the domain by adding the TXT in godaddy but It is failing. Do I have to verify the domain in AWS or godaddy. This is my first hosting and Any input is really appreciated. Thanks
Cannot delete mail hosting
I am trying to delete organization. It is way too hard, I must tell you. I have to open a number of pages and delete something-something there, and then do something else... And now I am stuck with mail hosting. I have looked up solution that does not work (control panel -> mail & smth else -> domains -> clicked on an envelope icon. And nothing happens. I am begging you, please, please delete my organization for me as it seems it was not meant to be deleted. Thank you!
Sharing a Mailbox
Hello, Am I able to grant a user full access to a shared mailbox? I have an enquires mailbox that I want two people to access to check for incoming mail and booking jobs in the calendar. Using a group is not an effective solution in this case. I have looked around the control panel and haven't found anything yet. Regards, Andrew

Account is not active
Hi, after changing my password two days ago, i cannot sync my mail to my phone any more. I have tried both native Iphone mailapp (which i used previously) and also downloaded the Zoho mail app. In the zoho mail app i get "Account is not active" Login to webmail works fine, so it is only mobile sync that is failing. I found another topic where you needed to active the account. Could you please do that for me as well? //Henrik

Incorrect target name/Security Certificate
Every time I sigh into Outlook I get an "Internet Security Warning" stating that the server that I am using has a security certificate that cannot be verified and that the target name is incorrect. I have followed the steps to automatically determine the certificate and install the correct but it just does not work and I keep getting the warning at log-in. I can continue to ignore the warning and use email with no problems but the warning continues to pop up every so often. How can I fix this problem?

Can't create an specific email address after have deleted it
I had the email address presidente@ispobrasil.org at my GoDaddy hosting, but it was not working well. I deleted the email there and created an account on Zoho. Now I can create any email address with my domain perfectly except presidente@ispobrasil.org I don't know what I have to do. Anyone have a clue?

About domain verification
I have recently upgraded my website server. I am receiving the error that mx records do not point to zoho mail. I have added the mx records as per the requirements. However, I am still unable to receive emails in my account. I can send, nevertheless. Please help me. (note: I have added the mx records just 2-3 hours ago, if it's about timing.)
Members of groups 'greyed out'
I've recently had a few members of groups greyed out for no apparent reason (instead of green dots). We use the groups for email forwards, hence some of these aren't getting through! Has anyone else seen this or know a solution?

migrating from gmail to zoho - auth fails

Can't remove group
Hello Admins, I can't remove group as described picture. Actually these two groups does not exit anymore. But I still can't remove. Whenever try to remove, it said " u r not authorized to perform this operation. I m super admin. please guide me how to remove this group. Spam Mails
Hi Guys, i recently noticed all sort of spam/scam mails on my inbox. I blocked the mail addresses & domains on anti-spam setting, but the same emails kept coming back to my inbox. This is serious as the spammers are using my email address to spam people. For example; the header of the spam mail will shows "ACCESS BANK" <john.doe@mydomain.net>. Zoho Email - Multiple accounts
Hi There! I have 4 email accounts. Two on Zoho, one at Gmail Business and a personal gmail. I am trying to use all of them together on Zoho. Is it possible to see all messages from all 4 accounts together on the same page? How do I config this on webmail? Black Box covering control panel!!
Hello, I have a problem, when I log into my control panel I see this black box. I tried to log in under a chrome, chrome incognito, and firefox, two pictured below. I'm not able to do much with my email and I'm under a time limit getting this going. Another user had the same issue earlier this year: https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/domain-verification-problem-black-box-on-screen. But, there was no resolution comments. No "set as default" option aviable for aliases
As you can see in the pic, no "set as default" button appears on the right of the aliases. Is this a temporary problem? Is there anything I can do?
How to stop external email with my domain
Hi I'm currently hosting my domain on zoho, i've set up spf correctly but I'm getting lots of spam. What I'd like to do is to set the mail server to drop any messages where my domain is spoofed(be it from or bounce) and doesn't come from a zoho smtp server.
