I cant Find the Bonus users option in control panel
Hi, I'm trying to send a referral code to a friend to get 5 bonus users. I can't find where to send the code from as there is no bonus users option in control panel. How do I go about this? Thanks

How do I manage alias numbers?
I keep seeing things on the forum about people being denied new aliases. This is a serious issue for many people who depend on Zoho to run their business and I can't seem to find good information about the topic. To start with, I looked everywhere before signing up for Zoho and saw nothing about an alias limit. This feels deceptive, I'm sorry to say. Please help me figure out a sane way to track the number of my aliases and where it stands with the rumored limit. I can't sign up for new web services

Hi, I just signed up for Zoho from the invitation I received from a friend. and have done all the setup including point the mx to zoho and everything. I also have gone tru my cpanel -> Bonus Users -> Claim Bonus and applied the code I received in my invitation email from a friend as well as my registered email address and my friend's email address that was used for sending the invitation email. And finally hit the verify and credit "button", and got the quick message saying about .... successfully

zoho group invitation mail is in english only and no adaption is possible
I am using zoho groups in the control panel successfully and thankfully. Email Policies to Block Incoming Domains
Under Mail Administration within my Control Panel I have an Email Policy with a Mail restriction type for incoming Domain emails. I can add and block my work domain all day long however, most other domains where I receive spam are ignored. For instance I receive a lot of spam from the following domains: etungs.com worldwidemidst.com mremot.com coroyo.com Every one of these have been added as block incoming domain email policy and none of them work. Again, I can add my work domain to this list
Can't delete CRM account
Can't delete our account. Going to https://accounts.zoho.com and Close Account page says this message: You are an administrator of your organization : "***" . You should cancel your organization from Business , before closing your account. That link doesn't do anything. How do we close our account?
Migration limit 200 messages?
Hello, I am in the process of migrating 3 mailboxes into Zoho. Use POP and all is fine, except that the migration of each user stopped at exactly 200 messages?! Am I doing something wrong or is there a limitation at 200 messages? Thanks in advance, Michel

I am trying to import/migrate mail via POP to Zoho. Added 3 users for which the migration was needed. Now all 3 are completed succesfully, but they all stopped at 200 messages! Trouble settting up email
I seem to have done everything as per the instructions but still can't not receiving emails(completed set up around 5pm 10/5/15) The one thing I did do wrong initially was to select the wrong email routing on the MX record page. I initially selected automatically detect configuration. An hour ago as I was rechecking everything, I noticed the mistake and checked Remote Mail Exchanger.. Any ideas on what my problem could be? thank you

Split routing - configuration not working
Hi, I sent an email to your support 5 days ago but have had no reply yet. I'm having trouble with split-routing and your documentation/help. I have got my domain working with the Zoho accounts fine but I can't get split routing to work. I have defined a mailbox at my other host. My MX only lists two Zoho servers. How does the non-Zoho mail reach my other server? I have tried adding the server name into the Destination field but no luck, presumably because there is no MX for it. Your help doesn't
Email Forwarding To Another Domain That I Don't Own
I would like to setup email forwarding from user@example.com (I OWN) to user@example2.com (I DO NOT OWN). In other software that I've used, this was account aliasing. user@example.com would be an email address but wouldn't have a mailbox. So any email sent to user@example.com would go to user@example2.com. I plan to use this for spam and phishing email forward to a spam and phishing filtering service. Where would I need to set this up in the control panel?

Adding users but user exists

Email Routing - Disable Warning
How to fix this so my emails don't get bounced. This is causing Zoho to disable my "Email Routing" settings to my Google Apps email inbox. ? Can't receive mail after migrating domain hosts
I'm using zoho mail to host email sent to a domain I own. I recently moved the hosting for the domain to a different one from the domain it was on when I verified the domain for zoho mail. Since coming back online I can send email from zoho, but I can't receive email on any of the addresses attached to the domain in zoho. Anyone know what's going on?

One of my users has had his account blocked. He tried to send an email to too many recipients. We didn't know that the number of recipients per mail was restricted. Sorry but can't see the answer in the forum. We have recently set up Zoho Mail to integrate with CRM, we have 5 mail accounts only. Today we set up a new email user and renamed our subscriber service to the same person as the email. However the email is now blocked for incoming messages, how can we unblock it. Thanks
Difficulty in configuring e mail from Godaddy
I have verified on zoho, my domain ca-kdp.in is rightly pointing to zoho.com. I also added the record given by zoho to my Godaddy mail exchanger to point mails addressed to kdp@ca-kdp.in. Forgot password link does not work for our users?
When organization members try the link it simply tells them an admin can reset their password; but I don't want to have to deal with that? Is there a setting I need to change/configure so that they can reset their own passwords? I do not have the zoho CRM, only the mail. Thanks in advance.

S Drive has no email function so I am tryhing to set up an alias via ZOHO for the email address sales@tonneaucoversstore.com I am trying to verify that I own the domain tonneaucoversstore.com using the HTML method. Deleting my mail account
I want to delete my mail account however, I am not finding any link specifically for only email. If I delete my account like it says to do here How to Close Your Zoho Mail Account will that also delete my web site as well? If so, I will have to leave my "account" open until I am able to switch my web site over to another provider. Please advise me on this. Thank you for your input. AE
