Hi Folks, Is there anyway to speed up email migration. At this pace, it will take about a month. In this case, there is one email box. The size is about 550 MB.

Dear Support, I've created an account a while ago and made a mistake: my last name is misspelled! I would like to change it, but I don't know how! Meanwhile I've created some stuff on ZOHO, and the only option seems to be to delete the whole ZOHO account :( What can I do? Hi there, I am transferring my email from google app for work to Zoho mail. I really like your service. It's SO much better than Google app for work for my needs. I created sales@, talent@, recruitment@mydomainname.com . I want to transfer info@. That's the one I originally had at Google app for work. However, when I first created an account with Zoho mail, I used info@mydomainname.com to create an account. Now I don't have access to it, I cancel my Google App for work account for info@mydomainname.com.

"Phone already exists" when setting up TFA for multiple email addresses
I've had to switch on TFA for all my email addresses, some of which I use for different tasks such as info and accounts as well as having a personal email address. Now having set it up for two addresses the TFA system won't accept my mobile number to set it up for other addresses, which is stupid, and of course now it is switched on the other email addresses have stopped working on my devices! The email address is already registered with another account which is not a part of this organization.
IMAP Migration from gmail does not work
Hello, I have tried the following instructions to migrate an email from GMAIL to zoho https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/pop-imap-migration.html I tried with POP and IMAP and no luck. Incoming and outgoing emails not working
All my emails are down. My business is done via email so is essential to us. I cant see any reason for emails to not work. There are no error messages being sent, it is effecting everyone in my company so has nothing to do with my own settings. Can anyone help urgently?

Everything works perfectly except that I can not add one specific email - info@livebaitforfishing.com. I done it without problem for "admin@livebaitforfishing.com", "alex" etc. What could be the reason for this and is there any way to be fixed? Thank you a lot in advance!

Clicking "control panel" takes me to "mail.zoho.com"
Hi, I am the super admin for my organization. When I am in the Zoho Mail interface, I see the option to click "control panel" and then "Mail & Docs". Up until about 10 minutes ago, it would take me to the dashboard, and I could add users, manipulate groups, add domains, the works. I created an account in March for a domain I really don't use for email, just to test the process. In control panel, I removed the email hosting (I think). I have seven email users (a 6-user account plus an add-on). I need to buy another add-on user. It looks like I should be able to do it in Control Panel - Subscription - Manage (as shown in the zoho help pages ). Problem with Account settings
Hi When I signed up for Zoho mail I made the admin for the domain account password 100 charters using a password manager. Although I can log in fine any action that requires confirming with the current admin password (ie delete account, reset user password) fails with a "Invalid Input" error, which I presume is due to the long password. Using Fiddler (web debugging proxy) I discovered that the operation fails with a HTTP 500 Internal Server Error status code. Thanks

Support, I have lost access to my admin account. The domain is stjohnsvet.com . The user account I set up for admin was sjvh.admin@stjohnsvet.com I have been trying to change the admin account to drmark.Gendzier@stjohnsvet.com . Password min. Length
I can't set in "password policy" minimum lenght. When I try to set min password lenght to 6 and press ok, it changes back to 8, that doesn't make any sense. Even here is written "The optimum value of minimum Password length is 6 to 8 characters length.", and even when I put 0 it say that I need to type value from 1 to 60. But any value I put here it changes back to 8 when I click ok.

I have recently migrated a small domain over to Zoho and have been really disappointed with the very poor spam handling. I have had to resort to whitelisting most domains (so far several dozen) that send email to us despite being in .au domains with well regulated spam policies by the ACMA in Australia and despite SPF pass for these domains and despite there not being anything about the emails that I would expect should trigger bayesian filters. I am trying to set up my Zoho business account using my domain. However, i initially set up a personal account Name@zoho.com. I can not get the email to send from my Name@mydomain.com, it only sends from name@zoho.com account. How can I change this?
Delete user and then add again

I would like to delete a user: My 2 questions: a) if in the future I need to create a new user with the same user name and email that I deleted, can I do it?
