Unable to send mail through Google account: 535 Authentication Failed
I cannot send any outgoing messages for over a week now. When I do I receive the following error: Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the relay smtp.zoho.com [165.254.168.48]. The error that the other server returned was: 535 Authentication Failed I attempted to change my password hoping this would remedy the issue but it will not authenticate my account. Please send suggestions to correct problem.
Having personal and domain email delivered into different mailboxes
Hi there I have a personal mail account (myname@zoho.com) and have recently setup a domain forward (me@mydomain.com) by changing the MX records to the Zoho mail servers and the mail is being successfully delivered. So far so good. I would like to keep the personal email and domain email separate, ideally in a separate mailbox with it's own folder structure but can't see how to achieve this. For now I have setup a separate folder within my zoho.com email INBOX and have a rule setup to move email there

Downloading attachment issues
Just recently the mail attachment download function has broken. Clicking the download link just dumps the download somewhere (I've no idea where) on my PC and doesn't ask where I want to save the file. Downloading from the popout preview window does at least ask where to save but changes the filename to 'FileDownload' rather than preserving the original name.
