For some reason all of my new mail is going into my trash folder, what can I do to make sure that all my new mail goes into my inbox ? If it matters, I have my forwarded from my previous Gmail account. Thanks, Bruce

Hi! We have problem. For some reason, my client can´t access his e-mail account. We receive this message: This account could not be found. Use a different account or sign up for a new account. But when we try recovery the password, his phone number receive SMS code, and the e-mail (to recovery) works fine. *by Cel Phone App (Zoho Mail) we can send e-mails! but this message continues. Hi there, I recently set up my Zoho Mail account on my phone (Android 5.1, stock Email app, IMAP), but as of recently I'm not getting push notifications for new emails anymore, at least not with any consistency. GMail not able to access Zoho poppro.zoho.com
I have setup POP3 access in my Zoho mail account to be pulled from GMail. Today, GMail is unable to pull from the POP servers on Zoho and this is the error message: "Server returned error "Bad msg size: 4 -1". This was previously working but now nothing is coming through. emails sent to group email adress were not forwardet to the only existing member account
Everything (I thought) was setup correctly. The group email was set up to receive emails and there was one member in it to receive them. However, after not receiving a email confirmation I double checked and it turned out the member was marked as inactive (with a grey button). WHenever I click on the button, the button turned green but as soon as I leave the page, it would turn back to grey (inactive). As of approx. 8 am EST today, I'm not able to forward email due to this reason: Mail forward failure - Your IP Address 136.143.188.73 is blacklisted for spamming The IP address is a ZOHO mail address. Mail forwarding was disablled due to repeat mail forward failures. I tried re-enabling it, but still get mail forward failure notice. Anyone else having this issue/any idea when it will be resolved? Hi, I updated my MX record on my host about 1-2 hours ago. It looks fine when checking MX as you can see in the picture but in reality, it isn't since nobody could send me an email without having "Address not found" error. I have SAML SSO setup for my organization, but whenever a user clicks the "Sign Out" button in their email inbox, it takes them to the Zoho logout page instead of the logout page specified in the SAML settings. hi I have just signed up for this email service as my last host had deliverability issues. We as a business send out weekly invoices to 120+ customers every Thursday evening.
