Olá, equipe Zoho Mail, boa tarde! Desde ontem, 28/01/19, estamos com problemas no envio e recebimento de emails. Não conseguimos receber qualquer email, assim como a grande maioria dos enviados não chega aos destinatários. Inicialmente achávamos que fosse a caixa cheia, já que estava em 95%, porém já esvaziamos até 75%, porém o problema persiste, o que tem nos afetado direta e fortemente. Precisamos de ajuda urgente!!!

Can I add POP3 accounts with a free account?
I just created a new free personal account and I've been unable to add POP3 external accounts. I've tried three different ones and each time I get "unable to connect to server. check your server details". Before I request help troubleshooting this, I just want to know: can I do this with my free account? I never saw anything saying I couldn't, but I'm sure I've entered everything correctly.

Problem in using Exchange active sync to pull down emails
I am the admin of megatrend-ltd.com. I am using zoho recently. After I have migrated our email to zoho, I have used the Exchange active sync to pull down Emails to local clients. The mailbox has data sync to around december of 2015 and then it stops. I can't pull down old emails.But I can see it though web interface. It is a great problem as some of my users need to check old email frequently. Is that a bug of zoho or is it a feature of it?

DKIM not included via Zoho SMTP
If I use the zoho web client to send mail it includes a valid DKIM, but if I send by an external client via zoho smtp no DKIM is included in the email header. Email upgrade Question: removing old domains.
Hi. I'm currently using Zoho's free email service, which is for 1 domain. However I'm no longer needing this particular email/domain anymore, as i'm not going ahead with this particular website. I'm going to be upgrading soon to Zoho's payed email service which allows multiple domains. My question: Would I be best to just close my free account I currently have (no longer required) and start fresh, or is their a way to delete the main domain so that I can add another? Error Code 552: Spam message rejected
A friend recently told me that she couldn't reply to some of my emails because they were bounced back to her as Spam, but she could send a reply (that reached me) if she first deleted the part that was my original email to her. DKIM Authentication
I have followed all the instructions and I still cannot get my DKIM to validate. I also get different domain keys depending if I am validating from campaigns or from emails. Either way I have added both keys to DNS but still not validating. It says DKIM record missing. I need urgent help, I have a launch going out tomorrow.

Hello, I would love to be able to access Zoho Mail (or any app I choose) separately from Zoho One. I am the CEO of my company and rarely respond to email personally. My executive assistant is charged with that task. The issue I have is that in order for her to have access to my email, I have to give her access to my Zoho One login, which then gives her access to ALL the other apps, which removes a layer of privacy I'd like to keep especially with apps like Books, where she now has access to see things

Email Address Not Found Error 550
I have configured update the MX records, SPF and DKIM as per the guidelines and I have all the ticks checked under the domain verification yet am not receiving emails.
