Cyrillic: default Zoho font is without Cyrillic support
Dear all, It has been a topic in almost every Zoho app topic, but this is a large general problem: default Zoho fonts have no Cyrillic support, so ALL the potential customers using Cyrillic systems, who try Zoho producs are usually scared right away: Times New Roman (or alike) instead of beautiful Sans font everywhere. This is just as valid for Mail: Control Panel for Mail still looks bad (Lato Latin, aparently, not Cyrillic and odd safe-font). ZohoMail itself is looking OK only after changing font

Zoho IMAP glitch with Workspace Infomaniak client
So, it turned out that after I disable the IMAP completely there are no longer random scrambled character in our e-mail. Zoho says it is Infomaniak issue, when I asked Infomaniak they said it Zoho's problem. However, they way I see it it is my problem, since I'm the one who cannot see Customer e-mailing history, nore anything important related e-mails. Can't receive email from gmail accounts
I just setup Zoho mail but cannot receive email from gmail accounts. However I can receive email from Yahoo accounts. I can successfully send email from Zoho mail to Yahoo and gmail accounts. Zoho mail no longer works with Outlook on Android devices
I have been using zoho mail within outlook on my android phone for many years however this past 6 months my zoho mail account keeps getting deleted from outlook. Each week I have to re add the zoho account. This has been a real pain. Now however also I am unable to even add it. I see on the internet many others are having this same issue. I have a curious problem: Whenever I'm not connected to Wifi, I cannot send/receive emails from my Zoho account. Let users decide whether they want sender's display name or not
When we receave a message, Zoho won't show the sender's display name. After I respond, then Zoho will show their display name on the inbox folder, but the contact was already created without the name. For instance, if I receive a message from someone whose e-mail address is "contact@company.com" and their display name is "John Lennon", the contact will be created like this: - Name: contact - E-mail address: contact@company.com So later when I want to send them a message, I have to REMEMBER the e-mail

Outlook has 1 feature related to Ruler. If you want to draft a new email, you can use this feature (it is the same feature which is also available on MS Word and Zoho writer). By using this feature, the email drafting improves and paragraph formatting (especially when you want to use multiple bullets with paragraphs) becomes very easy and clean. Some calendar invites dont show accept button in Zoho mail
Hi, This is becoming a big issue for me and stopping me using zoho mail. for some calendar invites I'm sent from customers, I don't have any button or anything to ACCEPT the invite and have it added to Zoho calendar. if I open the same email in outlook or gmail, it shows the accept button just fine but then it only adds it to gmail calendar which then has no way of adding the same event to zoho calendar. this is a huge problem for me so what's the fix for it ? it means I can't use one email platform

Unfortunately, as of this morning, we can neither download nor illuminate any PDF attachment. Interestingly enough, if we pass the message with the attachment to another mailbox, the attachment is visible. When you try to display the file on a card in your inbox, a message is displayed: An error occurred while opening this file. Kindly download and view it.
