Problema para receber emails
Olá, Cuido do TI do site joaodeoliveira.com.br e não estamos mais recebendo emails no Zoho. Os registros MX parecem corretos, o que pode estar acontecendo?
Group Contacts
According to the user guide, we should be able to set up organisation contacts, personal contacts and group contacts. We have successfully set up organisation and personal contacts (and categorised them) but we can find no way of adding Group Contacts. We have two organisation groups, one of which has a subset of users for which we want to set up specific contacts. Can this be done and if so which part of the system needs to be accessed to do so? My email recruitment@assensio.ph is not receiving emails from a wordpress plugin i've setup. if you try and upload a pdf file, http://www.assensio.ph/join-us/ for file upload recruitment, it doesnt forward the email to recruitment@assensio.ph - however ive tired my other email ken@telmosolutions.com which is also using the zoho mail server can receive the email. I've also tried redirecting the submission to gmail and auto forwarding back, but the autoforwarding also doesnt receive through this
Contacts / Address Book (within Zoho Mail) Issues
So a couple of things are driving me nuts about the way contacts are handled in Zoho Mail. The contacts are just a huge frigging list. Adding an A-Z filter would be a HUGE improvement (e.g. you click on A and only contacts that start with A are shown, and so on). Using search is fine if you're specifically looking for a certain contact. But trying to just do general maintenance on the contact list in its current state is nearly impossible. Inline "Smart" Event/Task - Anyway to Disable
When somebody sends me an email with the word "now" in it, ZOHO Mail is changing the simple text to an underlined link that adds an event/task creation window. Another example is somebody replying to my email where I said "my flight arrives 14 minutes before your flight", in the reply my "14 minutes before" text is changed to an underlined link. If the sender did not underline text then the text should not be underlined. It might be a nice feature if it was in the context menu of highlighted text
Reminder date and time format
When I set the date and time format in the calendar preferences, it won´t effect the reminder´s date and time format. How can I change the formats in the reminder as well? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you, Attila

No Spam
I am not getting any SPAM email at all. This is causing an issue for me as sometimes, I get legitimate emails going to SPAM. But since I am not getting any SPAM emails, I never receive those emails and have no way of knowing. Can anyone assist on how to get SPAM email to show up. Thanks in advance.

Can a Zoho email address be permanently diverted?

Not recieving mail past May 31st
I'm able to send mail just fine and I've sent them to a couple other accounts of mine but this account past may 31st is recieving no emails into my inbox.

Locked out of admin account after removing Google email
Hi, I emailed support@zohomail.com over a week ago and got no response. I created a Zoho account with my Google account. Then I removed the Gmail account from the admin account. But now I'm not able to sign in to the admin account at all. The admin account is info@unboundmedia.ie The password isn't the same as my Google account for some reason, even though I logged in through my Google account. Ask Receipt on Mail App
My mobile app (ZOHO mail) started to send out mail receipt requests with every mail i send, and I cant change the default setting to "do not ask for receipt' . I can change it per mail, but it stays default 'on' pls help!

I noticed my Zoho account eclipsemail@zoho.com was blocked due to suspicious activity. I never did anything suspicious with the email. I'm assuming it was either a glitch or someone hacked my account. I have paid subscriptions I can't cancel without the email. Is there any way I can get my account back? ReplyForward
SORTING OPTIONS
I work for an accounting firm and we receive a massive amount of invoices from clients. Being able to sort them effectively saves a lot of time and I see no good way to sort them. the best I can do is by time but as this does not separate them in an effective manner for us. Are you still working on adding different sorting options to your platform? Like sorting by subject.
Special characters

Forum topics all show "4 replies" in the summary list, regardless of the actual number
As shown in the attached screenshots, every forum topic in the list is showing as having "4 replies", regardless of whether it actually has 1 reply, 2 replies or any other number as shown when opening the topic. I've only just noticed this problem, and clearing my browser cache or using a different browser doesn't fix it, so I think it might be a glitch at Zoho's end. Cannot creat folders
Does anybody have the same issue? I´m not able to create a subfolder under "Sent". Inbox and my other subfolders I created under "Inbox" are prefilled in the popup menu, but when I write "Sent", it is not possible to save, so I cannot create a folder. Any help, please.. Thank you. Attila
