How to display contacts as Last name, First name
Hi, How do I set the display of contacts to LastName first? In the app this is a simple click, and it works beautifully. On the desktop, I cannot find where to set this. In General Settings under Organisation Options, it will not let me change it, I always get the "Oops, something went wrong" error message (tried it in different browsers). Thanks.

My account has been blocked yesterday and I cannot send any mails, yet. When will it be unblocked? How many mails can I send per day? 10? This is awful little... Can one send more mails without paying? I am a private user, no company...

Hi, I had to sent a message to 8 people but i sent the message to all of them together. Now, when they are replying, everyone can see the messages at is is setting all persons in CC. Can this be changed somehow?
Can't move emails from server to local folder (Apple Mail Mac OS Mojave)
HI, I have reached the limit of email storage for Zoho and am trying to move emails to a local folder on my app (I use the default Apple Mail program). The emails are moved ok from the archive to my locally created folder in Mail. But when I look at Zoho online, the emails are still showing in the archive. I'm set up on Mail via IMAP, all software is the latest. Can anyone help? Thank you.

It's already been requested. Do you really think that not providing that ability was a smart idea? The look and feel of a webmail interface -- the visual gateway into someone performing email tasks and being productive email-wise -- did your UI / Marketing people really think: "Hey, nobody needs a horizontal split. Need to restore email account
Hi, I discovered I had a Zoho account that wasn't linked to an email address, or at least I thought it wasn't and decided to delete it. However it's also deleted my friends account which I helped her to set up a number of years ago. I think somehow my account was linked to hers? I've tried to log into her email account and ask for password reset but it gives a message that the account is inactive. What is the process for restoring the account and her emails? Thanks
Difficulty connecting Zoho w/ Bluehost

Hello Zoho community, I am facing an issue when I send emails to some gmail users. I have been alarmed that a strange picture is appearing on my account's profile picture after they receive my email. After i got notified about this problem I tested this myself and sent emails to friends personal gmail accounts and they confirmed the strange picture. Font encoding not working
Hello, I have a problem with polish special characters. Whichever encoding I choose, Windows+1250 or ISO-8859-1, I have problems viewing them after send or receive. Sudden drop in the number of incoming mails
Some days ago, I noticed a sudden drop in the number of incoming mails. Now, suddenly, the number of mails I get is about 90% smaller. In other words, for every 100 messages I used to get, I get 10 now. I have many aliases completely unrelated one from the other and senders are unrelated too so the average number of mails was almost constant and supposing that all of a sudden I get 90% less mails is statistically not possible. Hi, as of March 11, 2019 when I add an attachment to a replied email it goes all the way to the bottom of the text box now then I will have to scroll all the way back up to where I'm typing. Before when an attachment was added it would just pop up at the bottom of the text box and would not scroll down to the bottom of the email in the text box.

How to determine block/reject reasons?
I know of about 20 email addresses that reject emails from me. I'm trying to determine the reason so I tried sending a test email to them. Zoho blocked my account after my sending to 8 of them. Yes, I know I'm going to get errors one each of them; that's intentional. How do I perform this kind of task without Zoho determining that I'm some sort of security threat?
