Rich Text all jumbled up
did anyone face this issue? When composing a mail, the rich text format is all jumbled up. I need to manually adjust the format and lines each time, and it is very frustrating. I ended up having to use the plain text format. See screenshot.
My Zoho account does not receive email
The last received mail I can see is March 7, and sending test mails to it from other accounts does not work. Also, sending from the account does not seem to work either. Kind regards, David
error with html signature
Good day, we have problem with signature when we create email we see full signature, but when we go to sent folder we see piace of it. Console log get warnings to Mixed Content: The page at '<URL>' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image '<URL>'. This content should also be served over HTTPS. but early it not take any affect, we dont change anything. i clear cache update chrome logining in mozilla in incognito but problem not solved Please help with this issue

Hi, Our non-profit has a need to make it easy for volunteer managers to e-mail specific groups of contacts within a hierarchy. We need to import revised contacts 2 or 3 times per year. Being able to share these contacts within the hierarchy will be useful in many ways but the primary need will be to create these groups once and make it easy for everyone else to use them for sending messages to specific groups. Getting lots of spam emails to fake users at my domain
I've lately been getting hundreds of emails a day sent to fake user accounts in my organization. For example, John.Doe@mydomain.com, Jane.Doe@mydomain.com, etc. These users don't exist, but Chinese spammers are sending through tons of emails that are being caught in Quarantine. I have to go through and delete each one and it takes a very long time. Zoho customer support has not responded to me. What can I do to prevent this? Thank you.

I have about 20 e-mail user accounts set up with our domain pointing to the zoho e-mail now. The e-mail help documentation indicates that e-mail user accounts should be automatically appearing in the Organization contacts and auto-filling when a user types another user's name or e-mail address in an e-mail message or @Name style for streams. Neither are happening and I cannot seem to figure out what I am missing to make users easy to find each other. Will you please review and let me know what

Hello, I turned off an email forward account, paypal@fandomservices.com , but realized I did this too soon. I tured it back on, however this forward account is not working, yielding the following: 552 5.1.1 <paypal@fandomservices.com> Mailbox delivery failure policy error I successfully added a new forward address after turning it back on, however I still receive this message. Hi, I am on a subscription plan since couple of months. Many of our users are facing this peculiar problem. They are unable to reply to an email they have received. When they reply they get this "INVALID_ADDRESS, ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :"Unknown User" and the mail bounces. Any idea why? I searched the forum/FAQ and I could not find anything relevant. Latest Samsung Galaxy email app on Active Sync account does not open messages
With the lates email app update from Samsung Galaxy, my Active Sync account does not open messages. Delays on Send/Receive causing duplicates on IMAP
I seem to be getting delays on my users send receive using Outlook 2016. Which seems to be causing duplicate emails to be created. Example: Item comes to Inbox, rule sorts email to a folder, or it gets deleted. Another email shows up in the Inbox 1-5 minutes later. This could be repeated a few times. We noticed this issue starting around 2pm Central Time March 12th 2019.

I am so frustrated right now. We have personal email addresses that we have had for over 15 years. Our host had gotten so bad that I was having problems with emails bouncing etc and it only had 50 mb of space. So I paid to change my domain to wix but I do not need a website. I notice that in my email merge, email aliases (I have one) appear together with my main email account for me to choose which account to be used to send mails. Group email account alias me (and a few others) appears in my Zoho Mail for me to choose, however, these group email account alias y do not appear in Zoho writer. Mail Admin "Spam Control" section is completely blank
On logging in to super-admin today to check my quarantined spam, the Spam Control section is completely blank, without even the top tab line for blacklist, whitelist, quarantine etc. (see attached screenshot). I've tried logging out, clearing my browser cache, and trying different browsers (Chrome, Edge and IE11, all on Windows 10) but the problem is still there. I'm not aware of any recent changes or updates to my PC (other than a Visual Studio 2017 update), and it was working fine a day or two
