Mail forward failure 'No such recipient here'
Hi there, I sometimes have the following forwarding failure. It is not occurring every forward. I don't know what is causing this failure. Could maybe someone have a look and let me know so I can dive in further? Email not forwarded after "mark as non-spam"
Hi, I have email forwarding set up and it's working fine. Some of the mail that end up in spam are not spam, so I mark them as non-spam. Those mails, however, are not being forwarded after marking them as non-spam. Why? ActiveSync not displaying all emails
I have several email accounts setup on my android phone using activesync connection but it won't display old emails (only those that have arrived since I configured my mail client). I desperately need to have access to all of my emails (I have removed the limit in the email client so there is no issue on the client side) - is there any way to allow all emails to be synced to the device, regardless of age as I much prefer being able to use activesync rather than having to switch back to imap?

All my mail messages get marked as SPAM
Las thursday my hosting provider went down for 24 hours. After the crash all my mail messages started appearing in the Spam folder. Today in the morning I deleted and created and verified the DKIM and SPF TXT records on my DNS. I sent myself a message to a Gmail account to check the original message. I got a SOFTFAIL report on SPF and Fail with DKIM. What can I do?

Recover email ID
I created an email account a while ago with the intention of making it my main account but I left it for ages. I have forgotten my email ID and so cannot log in, although I have managed to reset my password because I linked the account with my mobile number. Is there a way to do this? I would be happy to start a new email account but I already have my mobile linked to this one! Thanks
Not receiving emails
Hello, I tried to set up Zoho Mail so that I could also receive emails in one of the apps on my phone. However, I seem to have changed something which has made it so that I'm no longer receiving emails. Are you please able to see what has been changed and kindly change it back to the previous settings so that I can receive emails? I should note that I did this last September, just in case this helps when finding the exact change that was made. Thank you very much for your help.

I have ActiveSync setup on my android device. I am using the gmail app to manage the email. I am receiving emails OK, however when I try to send an email it is slow then simply says 'queued'. The message is not delivered. I have looked at the settings and cannot see any way to correct this?

Cannot enable Push / Active Sync
Hi, I created an email account at zoho.com. Now I want to configure my Android device for Active Sync. (Syncing via IMAP works.) I am not able to enable Push for my Zoho account. I tried it here: Zoho Mail >> Control Panel >> User Details >> "My account name">> Mail Accounts tab. I am not able to switch to Mail Accounts tab. There pops up a message: "To access mail account, enable mail hosting for atleast one domain." But I cannot add the domain, I am not the owner of it. Thanks.

I just got a free email under a custom domain - but under settings i do not see any settings to enable IMAP - and does not log in with the settings in Apple Mail as is.

Some things I've noticed: the auto complete popup is often cut off. arguments to some functions that show up in the popup aren't documented. Can receive e-mails through Thunderbird but not send them

Cannot send email to mx.zoho server despite valid DMARC
Hello, My emails get rejected from multiple domains using mx.zoho.com e.g. 550 5.7.1 Email rejected per DMARC policy for like.co The domains I sent from (@like.co, @oice.com) have valid DMARC + SPF/DKIM policy, set to p=reject. CC to other @gmail address passed DMARC checking, so it seems not to be our DMARC problem nor the email has invalid DKIM. Is it a misconfigure on zoho MX or the receiver's side? I am not familiar with how does zoho mail work. Problematic domains include info@icoholder.com`
Import emails from Gmail
Hello, I am trying to import 500Mb emails from Gmail. Emails are .eml files extracted with Gmail backup. I split these 500Mb emails in .zip files less than 50Mb. So I have 10 .zip to import. 3 first .zip files were imported correctly in a zoho folder named "Gmail". When I try other files there are no imported email anymore. Is there a size limit in importing files? Maybe ... I there some contents in .eml files which could stop importing process? I dont think so ... Please help me. Zoho is better

IMAP access for free accounts (grandfathered?)
It seems IMAP access was turned off recently for new accounts in the Free tier. I understand why you had to do it, but my question is if it has also been turned off for ALL free accounts or just new ones? I've had an account for 10 months now and it works great, but it would suck if I suddenly could not use IMAP. Thanks.

Changing Phone # to Primary?
Hi, I had two zoho accounts for different domains, each with a different and valid phone number for verification. I have since deleted one of the accounts completely. I then added the second phone number to the first account, which worked fine.
