Multiple Filter Forwardings Seem Only Working for the First One
Hello, I've configured three filter forwardings for my mails but it seems like only the first mail address received them. I'm sure I did not check the "Do not process other filters." option. BTW, the email forwarding in "Mail Account" section is always working.
Cannot find old mails
Hi, I am trying to search for certain emails which are a year or more old. However, scrolling down the search results stops after less than an year old mails i.e. the oldest mail I see is like 9-10 months old. Can you please take a look at the earliest as some of these emails had important information for me? For example, I am pretty sure I had mails with the word "starbucks" in them more than a year back. However, the oldest mail that shows up in the results is in Dec, 2016. Thanks, Abhinav.

IMAP is very slow
Since we switched to ZOHO I experience quite terrible times with IMAP - quite often notifcations about new mail are not instant and are delayed by tens of minutes! It kinda looks like Zoho IMAP doesn't support IMAP Push - is that the case?

Unable to add a user mailbox
Hi I have a 5 user account, with the users listed in the 'User Details' part and also in the 'Mail Accounts' area in the admin control panel. In the mail accounts area, I have 2 accounts which are highlighted in dark orange saying I should create a MailBox. When I try, it says I have exceeded my user license.. But I only have 3 listed mail accounts there as 2 of them are in orange and dont have them. Can you help fix please asap - this is seriously impacting our migation to Zoho Mail. Thanks

No DKIM with outgoing email in Thunderbird
Hello, When I send my emails using Thunderbird , the outgoing emails (sent with smtp.zoho.com) aren't signed with DKIM. In the Zoho control panel DKIM is enabled and works fine. When I use Zoho webmail DKIM is sent with the mail. So apparently Thunderbird is the reason. I use Thunderbird 52.6.0 , mail.strictly_mime = true , text encoding outgoing email = unicode UTF-8 Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks!

I understand I can add Yahoo email account as POP in Zoho account. But I want to add yahoo as IMAP in Zoho.... that is I want to IMAP yahoo in Zoho just as I can IMAP in any email client (like Microsoft Outlook 2007, Thunderbird, etc) I want to keep in sync the send / receive emails at yahoo and zoho servers. I think it would be great if something like this is possible as most of the yahoo email users are sick of the interface and want to shift some another system.

signature mobile app
Hi all, I'm trying to set my mail signature in the mobile app to shows the same as the desktop version but is not working. I set up everything correctly in the desktop version and everything works correctly. In the mobile phone the desktop signature is set up correctly as well but doesn't show anything in the preview and mail goes out withiut signature. My daughter has recently been getting error message when sending e-mails to me which are re-routed via Namecheap. The full error is: <myname@zoho.com> (expanded from <myname@mydomain.com>): host smtpin.zoho.com[204.141.32.120] said: 550 5.7.1 Email rejected per DMARC policy for yahoo.co.uk Can anyone explain why this is happening and what we can do about it. I also believe that we have lost e-mails coming from yahoo.com but I don't have any evidence.

Email not sending from php script with Zoho
I have problems (the email never arrives) when i try to sent email using php mail and use as a destination this email address (name@example.com) - hosted on Zoho If i replace the email address hosted on zoho with some gmail one in the same php script, i receive the email instantly. If i try to sent from gmail to this address and from this one to my gmail it always also work. Unable to log in via mobile app, but able to log in on desktop/web
I was having this issue, a repeated issue which one of my user couldn't log in to his account via the zoho mobile app. This is the error: http://prntscr.com/iwu8zo "You need administrative permission to use this app" However, he was able to log in via desktop/web. To temporarily solve this problem, we had to reset the user's password and the next minute he could log in via mobile app. Any clue?

Unable to connect to SMTP server
I am unable to connect to smtp.zoho.com with my email client on my local computer. When pinging or trace routing the server, the request times out. I am also unable to ping imap.zoho.com and pop.zoho.com. I am able to connect to Google's SMTP and POP servers however, so I don't believe it's an issue with the ISP blocking mail servers.

IMAP Setup in outlook for mac
Hi, I have set up IMAP mail on outlook for windows just fine and it works great but I tried to do the same for outlook for mac and I can't get it to work. I followed the same tutorial on this site with the same settings but it only receives not sends mail. I have searched online and the forums but cannot find a solution. Zoho SPF Softfail
All my email are going straight to junk on hotmail and I think it is because of the SPF record. The help file says to use this SPF record: v=spf1 include:zcsend.net ~all Using this SPF record generates a "Soft fail". I looked into this and it is because the IP address is not specified. "~all" without an IP address is essentially saying all emails should soft fail. I sent a test email to see the IP and got 74.201.84.163. Is it right to use a SPF record like: v=spf1 include:zcsend.net ip4:74.201.84.163

Zoho - Are your servers experiencing delays currently on processing email? I am noticing that my sent mail are taking 5-20 mins to propagate on my dashboard. I am also noticing a delay in email receipts (although not as drastic as my outgoing delays). Please advise. And for what it is worth, I personally think Zoho experiences way too many intermittent issues with email delivery and server issues. In the end, the issues typically correct themselves and no data is lost, but this should not happen

Accessing Zoho Mail SMTP from Digital Ocean
Hi, I am trying to setup a web based email client on Digital Ocean to allow me to access my email in my preferred manner. I noticed that I am unable to send email over SMTP/SSL (port 465) from my Digital Ocean hosted web mail client to my Zoho Mail account. I have already lifted the iptables on the hosted instance but am unable to use SMTP/SSL to use the hosted web mail to access Zoho Mail. I tested the web mail on a test environment outside of Digital Ocean and it is able to access the Zoho Mail
