Increase size of the commenting input box
Currently there is no way to add a task description. So because of this we have to leave larger amounts of text in the comments section. However the box is so small and so it makes referencing the first things you have written very hard as you have to scroll up and down. Can the comments box be made larger? And is there a timescale on when a task description (WYSIWYG) will be added? Chris.
Report of Completed Tasks
How can I get a list or report of all tasks that have been completed for a period of time? Most likely I would want Tasks completed "Last Week" and "This Week" but I could also need to use a date range. Our client has asked us to provide a list of completed tasks. Recurring Tasks Limit
I want to use Zoho Projects as my internal tasking platform with my staff, which includes recurring daily and weekly tasks. The "End after" limit for recurring tasks is 30 so is it possible to make it so it lasts forever? I would hate to have my staff reach the last task after all 30 and think it will repeat again automatically but then it doesn't. This could lead to future issues since we thought it would repeat again...yet it doesn't.
Zoho projects to google apps
I was reading on this article that you can sync your Google apps. So I made a google apps domain/account and installed the Zoho Projects marketplace app. I don't know what to do next. In the article, that looks a bit outdated, it shows an export option next to your tasks. Do my Zoho users have to be using google apps accounts and not simple gmail or hotmail accounts?
Pre-applied tab don't carry across to new projects
Hi, I can customize a current project and then tick "Apply this (disabled tabs) to all projects in this portal". This then mirrors the same tabs across all projects. However when I add a new project all the tabs appear again. I would have assumed it would carry across to new projects as well, and it's very frustrating that it doesn't. Can this be rectified? Add users to all projects in a group
Is there a way to allow users to see all projects in a particular group? This would make things so much easier as we have lots of individual projects organised into groups. Certain users need access to all of the projects in a group, and assigning them individually is very slow. Thanks, Chris.
Stablish Dependecies in Zoho Project Template
Hello, I have created 1 project template, some task lists and on each task list, some tasks with its subtasks. All tasks and subtasks are configured with duration=0 and star tafter=0, this is a project template and at this moment I don´t want to setup this. This values will be introduced when I create the "real project" using the template. I am trying to setup dependencies in the project template, but it is impossible, always errors with dates. Is it possible to assign a task to groups? We have turnover and it would be way easier to create a project template with tasks assigned to a group so that someone is always assigned a task...
firewall issues
Hi one of our clients' firewall won't allow them to get onto zoho. Do you know a way around this? or alternatively, is there a way for our clients to download and view documents and posts via email (which they recieve). When they click the link it still takes them to docs.zoho.com and it is blocked by thier firewall. Thank you, alec

Hi, Why is the bar of recent projects limited to only show the three most recent projects? It seems like there is plenty of room for many more projects. Would be nice if this field was more adapted to the screen width. Best Regards Johan
Reorder tasks update problem
When I click on a task list to go into the task list details view, I see all my tasks in a particular order. If I then click reorder, move some tasks around, then click save, it seems like all my sub tasks are displayed in reverse order. If I refresh the webpage, they will show up in the desired order.

We have large implementations and have many projects that fall within projects. Hi! When moving tasks around in the Gantt chart by using drag and drop you can either move a task in time or create a new dependency between two tasks. It seems like drag and drop works like this: Click-and hold on task. Drag it horizontally to move it in time. As soon as the mouse moves away (up or down) from the current task's row, the "mode" will change to "create dependency" (the dependency arrow will be shown). Errors in display of projects in canban
Hi, I have changed the layout to "fit to screen" in settings/personal settings/themes in order to use more of my screen. If I don´t use it zoho will just display in 1/4 of the screen in the middle on retina or 4k displays which is pretty much the standard now. I guess "fit to screen" should be the standard setting all over zoho to avoid making it very small in the middle of the screen and useless. Hi, We upgraded our zoho projects to get the canban ability and also added bug tracker, but the timer stopped working properly. This happens in the kanban view. All the time. When the tab is not active the timer stops. This does not happen in classic view, but we need a better user interface then that.

Zoho Timesheet Question
Im using Zoho for managing a support project.We receive daily tickets in an extrnal system and we replicate that ticket in ZOHO. My developer then works on that ticket daily and puts time (on a daily basis). He does that for multiple tickets on a daily basis. He puts his daily hours in Zoho timesheet. Is there way I can find out the total number of hours (across all dates) the developer has worked on a particular ticket in Zoho? Thanks
delete a portal user?
I recently deleted a portal user. Or at least I thought I did. I was still able to login on the portal as the user and they still had access to projects. How can this be? When I logged out and logged in again as the admin/portal owner, the user account had been restored. We have employees and/or clients come & go all the time and must be able to delete them without having to worry about them logging in. Thanks.

Having the option to select what columns appear in the zoho project screens would be ideal. For example to see the customer name associated with the project...or project manager name, etc. And of course the option to add custom-fields is almost a requirement please!
Reporting over a project group
So I have the ability to group projects, which is nice. However, I cannot filter on project groups , which is exactly what I would like to do:

To avoid high consumption of the API I thought about using the Feed the project to determine the data to be synchronized in my integration. But in the returned data, there is only the activity ID, there is no related item ID field. I can find this data through the activity ID?
Client User Responding to Forum Post
We have a client user who is responding to a forum post via e-mail. He clicks the button to reply, the correct e-mail address comes up, but the response is not making it into the project itself - not on the forum, nor anywhere else. He has encountered this issue multiple times now. Any thoughts on what he may be doing wrong, if anything? Thanks for your help!
Can't see closed Tasks in Project
So I've got a team using Zoho Projects and we can't seem to see the tasks that people complete. I change the filter to view closed tasks and I only see 1 task of my own that I completed when first testing out how the project software worked. I am the project owner and not being able to see what people who are part of the project are completing. It's really frustrating. Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong. Thanks! - Anthony

Problems with one user
We use Zoho projects to manage a team of people both locally in our office, and with freelance workers across the country. It works great for everyone, except one freelancer, who routinely has a variety of problems. 1. She cannot tag anyone when creating a task. Once the task is created, if she then clicks to open the task, then tags someone, it usually (but not always) works. I'm having to go through unassigned tasks to see if anything is missing. 2. Editing Task Templates
I cannot see how to edit or delete a Task Template. Steps to reproduce: 1. I create a Task List Template, in my screen capture I call it 'Zoho CRM Initiative' 2. I want to delete files attached on status by myself and other members,but I can't find where they are. So,I can't delete them. Where are they stored and deleted by users?
Email notifications not being received by employees
I have two employees setup and last week they didn't receive any notifications. One has a gmail account, the other one has a yahoo account. We've had this issue before where ti seems to come and go. What can we do to address this? And yes, they checked their junk mail folders and there was nothing there. Thanks for you help. aj
