The sync process Zoho Recruit and Zoho Reports doesn't working.
Dear Support, The sync process doesn't working. Could you verify, please. E.g.: We have almost 4k job opening at Zoho Recruit and only 335 job opening at Zoho Reports. The sync is scheduled for 01:15AM (America / Sao Paulo). I'm following last 3 days, and had notice the problem. Thanks. Paulo Miguel.

Search (not a view) where a field is not empty
Is there a way to do a search where a field "is not" ${EMPTY}? This is possible when creating a custom view, but "is not" ${EMPTY} doesn't seem to be an option or possible in a search. What I'm trying to do is a search where the phone or email "is not" ${EMPTY}. I also tried using some wildcards like "*" and "%".

Assign IDs to Client Contacts
I got the following answer to my original question - we are trying to import client contacts and are unable to see the number assigned to them once the spreadsheet is imported. How would we do this? Ans: By default the Client / Contacts are not assigned any ID's. You can go to: Settings -> Clients / Client Contacts -> Drag & Drop the "Auto Increment" field -> Call it Client ID / Contact ID -> It would start generating the numbers from the next import. Question: I don't see Clients/Client Contacts

I have an email alert that that sends an email to applicants as soon as they reply. The email comes from me and I am also in the BCC. Bulk Email Associated Candidate Minus Rejected
Is there a way to filter out rejected candidates from a list of associated candidates which we want to email? Clarification Example; We associated 35 candidates to a job. We made some contact and moved 10 of those candidates to "rejected". Now we'd like to email the remaining 25 candidates. However, the only list we can pull up shows all 35 candidates. We can't find a way to filter out the 10 rejected candidates before doing the bulk email.

We wish to link a client contact to the job opening and not just the client, since larger companies often have a large amount of contacts for the different departments, is this possible? Hi there, My company has recently switched from our own email server, to using google apps as our email provider. Previously we have used Outlook to manage our email, and have installed the Zoho plugin so that we can easily add new clients, candidates, parse resumes, and track email activitity.
