Hello, Does anyone know of a way that we would be able to let a client login and add notes about the interview, but not have the ability to see our complete data base? What do you think the best way to go about this will be? Thank you!

I have a report which has stopped calculating data on 6.30.14 - What do I need to do to get it to calculate up to date?
Converted to Employee
If I have a candidate with a status of Converted to Employee, can I take that away? I deleted him in zoho people. I unlocked him and changed his status to rejected but it still says Converted to Employee. I am pulling data from zoho into another reporting program and I need to be able to change this Converted to Employee status.

How to Customize the candidate search listing
I understand how to customize the candidate info form. I've already added a second phone number field. However, it appears that Zoho only shows a few selected fields on the candidates when I go to the candidate tab for all candidates or after any search. Candidate info & viewing questions

Bulk Forwarding of CVs
Hi, I want to be able to 'forward' a candidates CV to more than one client contact at the same time. At the moment I cannot see that this can be done where it records the history of sending the CV against the candidates record unless we send it to each client separately?

Lob List customization
How can I add columns to the Job Opening list that is displayed when clicking on the Job Openings tab? I'd like to see number of assigned candidates, and number of recommended hires, and number of client submitted candidates for each listing.
Simply Hired job posting
Its been approximately 2 months and still there is no fix for posting jobs to simply hired on my account. Furthermore, no one at Zoho seems to be able to get this resolved. Ananth has not returned my calls and only solution so far has been to forward the issue to Heath at Simply Hired. That doesn't seem to illicit any response either. So now I'm wondering why this issue is so perplexing for the Zoho team and why I don't get any response from the Zoho "support" team as to why this problem still exists.
Issue with pop ups within the careers page.
The updated career page has an issue. Basically the page looks fine, however when you click through into each of the jobs, the pop up does not center on the page, this meaning you cannot see the entire page that pops up, when you scroll to the left or right the pop up moves with the screen so you cannot physically see the entire job listing, nor the x button. I have tried to re code my website to allow for this however cannot because the careers page is in a separate box. Any help would be great.
another issue with careers page
Sorry another problem with the layout of the careers page. you now cannot change anything for generic applications. Previously where the page now says "basic" i previously had a blurb saying "if no roles above suit, please enter your details below and we will see how we can help". However with no way to change this now it does not really explain what the person is to do, and looks quite unprofessional. Also previously you could choose what information you wanted with these type of applications....
Zoho Recruit Outlook Plug-in
My Zoho Recruit account shows that 1 out of 1 Outlook Plug-ins have been used, but I have not been able to download it and make it work. I have the Zoho CRM Outlook plug in. Are those the same thing? Unavailable Resumes
Hello, I've had a few candidates submit resumes to me but they show up as PDF files formatted as FirstName_LastName.pdf but their file size is 0k and nothing opens when I click the link. I've tested the application process myself but haven't see this issue. Please help!

Activity Report
Under Clients, Client Contacts and Candidates you can "log an activity". Can a report be created that would tell you how many of each activity type were logged on a weekly basis? The purpose would be to track number of call attempts vs presentations for example.
Event reminder major problem
When creating a candidate event, if you click to set reminder, it wipes out all you entered for the event then you have to start again. So only way to do it is create event, then save it, then go back into it, then create the reminder. not a proper work flow, and the sort of anti0intuituive thing your system usually helps s to avoid, which is why we like zoho in first place :-)
Help - training required
Hello I sent an email inquiring about 2weeks ago about Zoho training. I just wanted to follow up on my inquiry as I have not received a response. My query was regarding the capabilities and any training programs offered by Zoho. I have been using the program for approx 12 months and never received any formal training on the system. Job Postings on my own website issues ...
I have embedded the job postings into my careers webpage on my site. When you click on the job title it opens up a popup of the job details and an "apply" button. This popup is a horrible experience as the visitor cannot even see half the popup. How can I make it be a new tab on the site within it's own page?
