Dear Madam/Sir, According to european personal data protection law, we need to give candidates the possibility to change their personal information on any given application. How to update fields in embed website
Hello, I am looking to update the fields on my embedded form. I have found a help page which suggests there should be a option of 'Embed in Website' beneath 'Import from document' on the right hand panel of the candidates section. However in it's place is 'Pay-per-pick'. Has the embed in website option been moved elsewhere?
Problem with uploading files
Always the same message: Empty values obtained for below mandatory fields. CV This is in the Careers website page after clicking the apply button and uploading the file in the candidates form.

Changing Candidate Status---it would be great if we could change a candidate's status without having to go into the job opening they are associated with. If there is a way to do so, could you please tell me? I cold call for my candidates, thus there are frequently times where I log my activity and need to change their status to reflect the outcome of the call. Thanks !

Calendar Sync Issue
HTC Android phone can post calendar date entries that immediately appear in Zoho Recruit Calendar but Zoho Calendar entires (Existing and New) do not sync with Android Default Calendar. I have already reset and reinstall, refreshed etc...

Hello, My business is starting to grow and I am looking for a system that I can source and track candidates with. I really like Zoho. I have used another system recently and had good results because of the boards that they posted too. The name of the system is Bullhorn Reach. 3 Questions from a new user - Thank You Message, Resume Submission Field, and Outlook Plugin for Mac
Three questions: 1. We would like to display a "thank you" message on the screen after someone submits their resume. We could not find out where to do that within the FAQ and documentation. 2. We are using the API but the submit a resume field is not appearing on the screen, only the data capture fields. I assume it has to be added on our end but just want to make sure I'm not missing something int he admin. 3. Does the Outlook plugin only work on the PC? Is there a Mac version? Any help

Careers Website / Company Website Integration
I need to be able to integrate the job posting information into my existing site so it has the same look/feel, and doesn't confuse someone by going to a zohorecruit career site web address. How do I embed frames into my own site with the new functionality? I notice that you mention the "publish in website" is going away, but does that mean my only option is to use a separate zoho website that looks nothing like my site? That may make sense for a direct employer site, but not a recruiting company.
Insert more fileds in db
Im trying to set up my db of candidates, but the page didnt allow to insert more fields. The buttons appears blocked (in grey), and I need to continue adding more fields. Any solution?

It would be great if you set the search field at the top of the site visible on any page. So you can easily search for the candidates by their names while you browse.

PROBLEM: Guests viewing .doc attachments
Hi all, When attempting to 'view' attachments of .doc extension, only the first page can be printed. But, for .pdf extensions all pages can be printed. Anyone know any ways around this? Thanks.

PROBLEM: Printing candidate attachments past page one
Hi all, I am having an issue with the 'View' for those with Guest privileges. When hitting 'view' on a candidate attachment (.doc extension), only the first page is able to be printed. But, when the attachment is a .pdf extension all pages can be printed. Is there any way to work around this? Because of this, only the admins can view all pages. Thanks ahead of time.

Identifying available candidates
I was wondering if anyone would be good enough to share how they identify if a candidate is available so that when searching for potential candidates it could be filtered to include only those that are available. The only option I have come up with so far is to include a date field for "date candidate will be available" and then I also have put an additional date field in to record the date the previous field was last updated. Unfortunately this doesn't allow me to filter on available candidates
