Adding a picklist to the candidate record
Hello: I added a picklist to my candidate record. I did a bulk update on my candidates once it was added. I then tried to search on the multiple picklist and 2 things I noticed - a) you do not get the opportunity to select "is not" just "is", and b) when I do the search nothing is found. I checked the update and it worked. If you go into the candidate record and select edit and then save it and re-perform the search then it will find the records you opened and saved but none of the others.
iframe formating
Dear Zoho team, I have a question with regards to the formating of the iframe. I tried many things but I dont get all the fields and buttons below the grey section lines. I also didnt manage to get rid of the bottom scrollbar. I mean the window is wide enough, but no matter how wide it is the bottom scrollbar wont go away. The only way I found was unticking "Display fields Left to Right" in the customizing candidate form window in zoho. This is how it currently looks like: Do you have any suggestions?

Some fields have limits ?

Dear Zoho Team, When you upload a client's logo in Zoho recruitment, that would be nice if it could be formating in a default size. Because now, if I upload a bigger picture, it's looks like every company has different logo size in the client's overview page. Thanks a lot, Balazs
Client management, and todo
If you add some notes or todo activity to a client, that would be nice if you could add a deadline as well, or even appear in the calendar. And also that could be helpful if a recruiter could search and list all his/her todo, to see his/her task for the coming period. Thanks, Balazs

Candidates
If that would be possible to upload not just only 1 file for a candidate, but 2 or 3, you could attach CVs with different languages, or other documents, such as Assessment forms. Is it possible to make that happen? Thanks, Balazs

Insert onto Zoho from web form
Hi, I've been asked by a client to get a form on his website to insert directly into Zoho recruit when submitted. I enquired about this before but was told we needed to embed one of your forms in an iFrame on the website. I've recently been forwared this link http://www.zoho.com/recruit/api.html which reads like it might do what the client wants but I can't make any sense of it. Is what I'm asking possible? Rejecting applicants/Applicant status
Is it possible that when a candidate is marked "rejected for hire" after an interview, that it would also change their association to rejected? Right now you have to decision the interview, and then change their status to rejected.
Zoho Recruit Custom Reports
I can't select custom reports (i.e. Zoho Reports) from the Reports tab. I am a Recruiter Admin. How do I get this to work?

Zoho Recruit Reports tab not available to Recruiter role
As a Recruiter Admin role, I can view the pre-bundled reports. However, the Recruiter roles are not able to view the reports. Am I missing something? Thanks!

Importing Candidates
Following the instructions in Zoho Help, I tried importing candidates (data in .xls file), together with the file names of the resumes in a column, and a zip file containing these candidate resumes. Zoho uploaded the candidate data, but the resumes were not in the candidate records.
Soft Deleting a candidate
Is there a way (or could there be a way) when you delete a candidate that everything bar their name is removed. For example a candidate is asked to be removed from the database. A 'soft delete' would remove all of their details so the only thing that is left is their name and perhaps a comment as to when and why they have been removed. (I assume this would comply with any regulatory requirements). That way there is an audit trail of when and why a person was deleted.
Microsoft outlook integration
there is a error or i would say technical glitch...when i have some candidate sending me an email resume attachment through email their email appears like this in the outlook... dhanasekar.arumugam@gmail.com each time i try to add candidates through outlook with email in this format it picks up the 2nd part of the email (applyonline@dice.com) and keep giving me a message that "a selected item already added in the zoho recruit. Labelling/Tagging applicants
Having trouble with Labelling/tagging, Seems to be very temperamental sometimes it will tag the status of an applicant and other times it will not, which can be very frustrating, after conducting a quick test to make sure it was definitely zoho and not a mistake I found that it was still having issues?, is this a common problem, is there anything simple that I am missing?, any help would be most appreciated, thank you in advance.

Fetching Email Replies into Zoho Recruit
I have set up my email add-on and can send email from zoho recruit just fine however, when a client replies or sends me an email it does not show on the client or client contact record. Please advise... I looked in your help section and could not resolve the problem. It does say "you need to enable sharing option for each Candidate, Client or Client Contact." System Error whilst generating tags
When I add a tag to a specific candidate record, the system closes that candidate record and returns the full list. I have to search for the same candidate again if I wish to add another tag - this is extremely irritating and time consuming - especially because I cannot add multiple tags on one go. Synchronize with Google calendar

Event in Client Details
Currently you can only create an event directly against the candidate, but recruiters also require to organise meeting etc. with the client. now to create a meeting with a client need to go to calendar to create such event and no way to create this from the activity area. This should be included as a feature.
Trouble uploading documents
Hi I am finding that it is taking a long time to upload all the documents I need for each candidate..sometimes waiting up to 20 minutes and still not uploaded. My colleague in Australia says she has no problems and uploads all documents in 5 mins. Can you help

Data lost with wrong email-address
Dear ZOHO Support Team, If a job-applicant enters his data on the website and apply for a job-opening with a wrong email-address, the whole data will be lost. A message appears on the website "Invalid email address specified for Email ID" but the data is lost!
