Customizing applicant website
I have signed up for the free trial of Recruit (for internal corporate use). The applicant portal seems rather spartan. I realize that individual job descriptions can be customized -- but can we do the same for the overall portal view? Would like to include our logo, a description of our company, and ideally some customization of colors and graphics. Is this do-able?
Client Portal
Is the client portal feature coming soon? I am having a custom solution created, but I really want to use ZOHO. I need white label/brand customization and the ability to let clients log into their own portal and view resumes we have sent them. Also the email parsing of resumes is very critical and Rchilli/Egrabber do not accomplish this. I source over 1000 resumes per day that are sent to over 100 clients and need to have these resumes parse into ZOHO automatically via an email parse like a typical
key word search
is there a way to do a key word search for a candidate record? The way it is right now is narrow and ill conceived. I may be wrong. Is there a way to do a key word search without having to do a field specific. Concern, if I have a note that has some key content and don't remember specifically what candidate it is and remember only vaguely some key words/technical concepts for this person.
Problems Changing Candidate's Status in the Candidate Profile
Maybe it is just my settings but I am having problems changing the status of my candidate in the candidate's profile. This extremely annoying to have to go back to the candidate list and change every status step! HELP!
Reschedule an Interview and Google Calendar Sync
Anyone else having this problem, or am i doing something wrong? When i reschedule an interview in Recruit, the new updated event appears in my Zoho Recruit calendar, but the old event does not get removed from the Zoho Recruit calendar, and nothing changes at all in the Google calendar (the old event is still showing and the new schedule does not appear). Also, is the interview supposed to also appear as an event on the events tab? it appears that interviews are entirely separate. What's the

I've registered with Rchilli for the resume passer function into zoho recruit, but it doesn't seem to work out. I'd like to import candidates from Resume attachments in gmail straight into zoho recruit. Can someone please help or advise me on this?

Can I choose the Candidate's status, for the Candidate who applied at Published JobOpening?
Dear Support, Nowadays when Candidate applied at Published JobOpening, Zoho Recruit include this Candidate with "Associated" Status. Requesting Candidates to update their details
We want our candidates to be able to update their own details. We plan to email the candidates requesting that they go to our company's website, provide an update to their personal information such as availability, current role etc and then we will use the API to load this data into the Recruit system. Can anyone help with what best we can use to make that work? I dont want to build something completely custom if we can use a simple tool. Our website uses wordpress for the CMS.
Timezone mismatch
When my admin schedules an interview for me (in ZRecruit) she sets it at (eg) 10am. But she's not in the same TZ as me, so I get an email for 3am! Calendar appointments created for other people should be created in that person's TZ not the current user.

Candidate import from document (Word/PDF)
Hi I'm currently using the free version of Zoho Recruit but I'm thinking of switching to the paid one. What's keeping me back is that for us importing candidates from documents (using Rchilli) is supposed to be a mayor time saver. The problem is that it just isn't. I've tried to import several resumes but not a single one came out even remotely correct. I did choose the correct resume type format (Nederland/Netherlands) but it simply doesn't recognize any of the information. It just puts random stuff

We are an immigration law firm that is moving into recruitment to help match our clients with employers. We are thinking about using Zoho Recruit so we can forward online resumes to employers (clients). I understand that Zoho is working on a Client Portal (I am shocked it isn't an option now). I am correct in my understanding that I can use Zoho to forward online resumes to someone? And if so, can I embed a video on the resumer page?
Sometimes, adding Events doesn't work
Hello. Most times I can add Events without a problem, but sometimes, when I fill out the fields and click Add, nothing happens. The screen doesn't change and the Event isn't added. When that happens, I usually click on the Events tab and try the whole process again. It usually works the 2nd or 3rd time, but sometimes, it just doesn't work. Can you look into this please?
Job listing in embedded list format vs. job listing details under apply now
We have uploaded our embedded link to our website and now have a list of all of the job openings. While I only want a limited number of fields on the list (job opening description, location, client name); I cannot figure out how to have more details on the position when the candidate clicks the apply now. In other words, my only option is to have all of the fields in both the job list and the job details.
No job openings message
When you have no active job openings the following message is shown in the published web iframe "Thank you for your interest, but there are no job openings available at this time. Please check back at another time" How can you customize this message? Simon
