upgrade to 2 users
hello I've tried to upgrade with the new version of zoho but cant I've received the steps from the support team, however they are telling me to click on standard plan and choose to add user. If I put my mouse on top, it doesn't give me the option.

Adding notes via Zapier
I'd like to add notes to candidates via Zapier. The candidate should be identified via e-mail address. Did anyone figure out how to connect Zapier to Zoho Recruit? And then how to send Notes to Candidates Records? Thanks, Thomas.

Submissions from Indeed.com not coming through after upgrade
We performed the upgrade yesterday. Post upgrade, any candidate who submits from indeed.com does not appear in Zoho recruit. We were receiving about 10 an hour from indeed... now 0 since the upgrade. We have tested submitting through indeed multiple times and the submission is not getting through to Zoho. This is a major concern and will cause us to seek a different solution if not resolved soon. Upload CV from website, error to submit CV
Hi, We have added the CV Upload form to our website, but when a user tries to upload their CV they always get this error: 'Sorry! We're unable to submit your application. Career Page Integration issue
During the career page integration with our website, we were testing the functionality and we noticed that when we sign up, an email is generated to the applicant. we couldn't find a way to customize the message that goes out in the email. can you please help ?

LinkedIn Authentication-- -my account asked me to authenticate LinkedIn again. (I've been using the account for years. It's not working, only starting to do something and a blank screen appers in a popping window. My browser allows the pop ups, so please advise how to fix the problem. Missing Jobs
I have 10 posted job openings. When I go to submit a candidate to hiring manager, not all of our jobs appear when I click on drop-down menu, "Select a Job Opening". Only 7 appear. Why is that?

On the Customization screen for Job Openings List of Fields, how do I edit the Dept. name? I need to remove 2 of them.
How to see candidate details in job opening?
Now explain this to me please. When you look at a job opening and you get list of assocated candidates, I wonder how I see the details of the candidate emails sent etc? Now I think the only possibility is to open new browser as "Candites" list and then manualy search the candidate and open it. Very complicated. Have I missed something here?

Web Forms candidate notification not being sent
We are having an issue with the Candidate notification not being sent when they register via a Web Form. The rest of the workflow is operating correctly, i.e. the user is added to Zoho, the owner gets notified. I checked the email history of some test candidates and there is no record of an email being sent. We have only just launched the website and started using this feature. I know it worked when I was testing it a month or so ago. I have attached a screen shot.

Received the following message from Support - you would think they would want to help the customer!! I have been communicating with them on the issue and made it very clear what is activated and what the issue is. REPLY FROM ZOHO SUPPORT - Without you telling us which alert is not working we will not be able to check the issue. If the account user is not able to tell where the issue is then how a support person will be able to assist?

Hi, While I separately changing the stage of a job and the rate, there is a expected revenue shown in the job opening details. But while I created a forecast, I can found the job in the forecast, but the expected revenue of this job is always no value. May I know why the revenue can not be updated in the forecast? Is there a way to create a Candidate by importing a resume from a Candidate Application web form? Basically, can we create a web form that just requires a resume. Once a candidate attaches a resume and hits Submit, the resume is imported and the candidate is created.
