No Field Level Security in Recruit - standard plan
I do not have access to Field level Security on my standard plan in recruit. The compare plans features list says my standard license has Field level security. But when I click Users and Permissions, I get an error saying Field Level Security is not available in your edition...
How to start a workflow when a candidate profile gets assigned to a job?
I would like to start a workflow when a candidate record gets assigned to a job description, then do some testing and filtering, then based on what job it was assigned to, send an e-mail in which I have access to the candidate data as well as to the job data? While we are at it, I like to filter based on information in the attached resume, not just the skills field? i.e. automatically send an e-mail with a job specific test to all candidates that apply for Job with jobID == 22, with "WebLogic"
API Changes/Migration?
We have a notification that states "If you are done with the API changes, Click here to Schedule Migration." What is this referring to? We have not made any recent API changes.

Mail is getting flagged as "read"
I setup Zoho Mail so I can send mail from within Recruit. We are using MS Exchange SaaS / Office 360 hosted exchange server accounts. I can see, send and receive e-mails now. But all my incoming mail gets automatically flagged as "read", even though i have not read it in either Outlook or any of the Zoho products. Please help?

Hello, I would need to know how many users can have the administrator/standard/guest/recruiter status with the standard version of Zoho. I have currently one administrator, one guest and one recruiter. I cannot add more, i cannot have a standard user and cannot exchange the roles... thank you fro your answer
Candidates Profile is not available when they log back in
is anyone else experiencing the same problem? when a candidate registers they complete the candidate registration form. then when they log back in for a second time their information has disappeared so they have to complete the registration form details all over again.............. has this feature been removed? Candidates should not have to fill their details in every time they search for a job!

Sheet View for Jobs in Recruit
Hi, I look at my jobs, then apply a filter to see 27 jobs for one client, then click on sheet view. I get 30 random jobs, some of it from that client and many others from other clients. Looks like sheet view is not considering filters and returns a random set of jobs. What is going wrong here? Also, not all the columns that were in the Jobs view show in the sheet view. "Job Opening Status" (pretty essential) does not get exported! Thomas.

Ics attachment missing
Hi, when scheduling an interview the ics attachment is not added to the mail sent to the interviewer. We cannot understand what the problem is. We modified the template with a new text but we cannot find the option to add ics file. Wouldn't it be added automatically? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance

How can I automate my contact with Candidates? I need to have a way of being reminded when a Candidate hasn't replied to a certain email. I've checked Forums and found Workflow automation that may work, but I must be using an older version of Recruit because I don't have a Setup option at the top right of my version of Recruit. Search malfunction
No candidate can be found through search. Although candidates (for example Mr. Lemoch or Mr. Henrich) are registered with all data and CV, the search engine won't find them. Please fix it asap, the whore recruit is useless without this.
Behavior of Apply Now Button
I have 4 different Web Forms in my Candidates module. When a candidate clicks the Apply Now button on a job posting on my website, one of those Web Forms opens up so the candidate can type in his information. How do I control which of the 4 Web Forms opens up when the Apply Now button is clicked? Do I need multiple Web Forms? Do the job posting boards, like Indeed.com, each use a different Web Form? Or can I just have one Web Form that opens up regardless of whether a candidate applies through my

Candidate Status
How can I change the status options under each candidate we enter into the system? Right now we are stuck with default options, but would like to customize to only fit our needs.
Candidate ID
Five records today somehow got created with null before and after the Candidate ID #. There doesn't seem to be any way to edit this. I'm not sure how that got turned on but it was turned off looking through settings. The question is, though, how can we get the Candidate ID number back to just that, a number?
Unable to associate candidates using outlook plugin
After we have moved over to the new version for Zoho, our outlook plug-in is not working correctly. When we select candidates from outlook to associate, we get client name and then the jobs associated to that client are all jobs except the ones which are actually open. So all filled jobs and closed jobs appear in the list. How are we to get open jobs only to show, like it always was?? I have reached out to support for 2 days in a row, and have no response.

Please allow us to change the backgrounds to different colors. I am excited about the update but all this bone white has me as angry as the Windows 10 update. Office pulled this same color crap in 2013 and it was so hard to read with nothing but white everywhere, I stopped using it within two months. Changong the tabs is a great idea, but no one looks at the tabs for very long. It's all about the background, we can't be stuck with white, it's killing my eyes.
Sort by modified date not working as expected
While going through recent contacts in my custom contacts view, sorted by modified date I noticed that adding a call note to a a contact does not move it to the top when sorting by date, where modifying a contact field such as phone number does. Contacts should be able to be sorted by last contact date.
Viewing Candidates Awaiting Approval on Home Page
Is there a way to add a component to the Home Page for 'Candidates' that shows candidates waiting on Approval? It would be so much easier to see it here versus selecting the 'Candidates' Module and then selecting the Drop Down Talent from the menu and then selecting Approve Talent. Thanks.

I have reported this earlier but have not heard back for ages now. I am receiving SPAM emails from my own email address and I am concerned if my clients are also receiving SPAM emails from my email address. No one has contacted me yet. I asked for product tour and was told someone would contact me within 24 hours. It has been nearly a week but I havent heard back!! Please could someone get in touch?

Workflow Not Working Consistently
I have a workflow and alert set up for when someone applies for a position. It is set to send an automatic email to candidates who apply for positions. Workflow is set correctly and active. I currently have 40% of candidates receiving the emails but 60% are not. I can also see this in Zoho Recruit under applicants profiles, no record of an email sent but other applicants do have records of the same email sent.
Browser on MAC
Hi, we moved to the new version of Recruit yesterday. Our office if fully Apple MAC. The old version worked fine on Chrome on the MACs but we have found that we can only use the new version with Firefox. It will not work properly with Chrome or Safari, a lot of the links will not open (eg selecting a candidate from the list associated with a particular job). Anyone else found this? Any solutions as it is a little annoying.

Hi, I exported my job openings, adjust some of the fields in Excel but not added or changed columns, and now want to re import.
