Resume extractor is not working
Hello, I used resume extractor but looks like is not working anymore. Even I get the message that new candidate was added, I can not find any new candidates in Zoho recrut. Help me with that please. Thank you!
pbx support in recruit / PhoneBridge
Are there any plans to have PBX support integrated into recruit? I am aware that CRM has the PhoneBridge add-on feature. It would seem that extra small step of integrating it into recruit would be straight/forward logical. I am primarily interested in the ability to log outbound calls, as well as schedule candidate follow-up calls.

Career Website Logo should be a link
In general every website will link the logo to the home page of the website people have grown accustomed to that, it makes no sense that on the career website it opens up the image file. Please add the option to add a custom url so that when the logo is clicked it opens that link instead of the image file.

Send a personalized email to a selection of candidate doesn't work since the new version
Hello there ! I would like to send a specific and personalized email to a group of candidate. I could do it in the prévious version. Now i can only send an email of the model list, and can't personalize it. When you search competencies for a position, it's important to choose the candidats in your list and send to them a detail description of the position quickly. When will we be able to do it again? The new version of Zoho Recruit Is Terrible
I hate to sound like a complainer but can we please have the old version back and you guys can make changes to that version and layout? Many things are not working right on this new version and my business is suffering greatly. In fact, so many things are not working right I don't even know where to begin.... If we can't switch back to the older version, I may have to look at moving to another platform with another vendor as this is creating so many problems that it may not be worth it anymore.
Email Template - Body Does Not Populate
I created an email template in ZoHo Recruit and the template should automatically populate the body of the email with the name of the candidate and an introductory sentence. I see the material in the template, but when an email is generated, those items are not populated in the body of the message.

Reports filter
When viewing a report and using the filter options at the top. When I select Users it will only display data if ALL is selected. I can't use it to select data by an individual user. In this case it is jobs and many jobs have been entered by different users.
Default button in search window.
Setting a tab for default in the search box always reverts to "Candidates" I try to set default for "All" but it goes back to "Candidates"

How we can have First Name and Last Name separately with in a View ? Actually we have only one field "Candidate Name" but in this case we cannot order by last name.
Very frustrated user
OK ZOHO Team, this new release was not ready and is buggy and unstable. Now the option to add an update under candidate, client, and job order is missing. You can see previous updates, need to re-populate the link to update. Your new release has doubled my work load this week due to the instability. Im not your BETA Test Team, nor am I happy. I understand the need to improve but not at your end users expense.

Hi Zoho Recruit- There are wrong emails being parsed and candidates being uploading into the candidates module that shouldn't be. Please call me if you need any further explanation and I will be glad to show you what is going on. Spell Check Freezing
Good Morning, I am experiencing a problem when I use the spell check when sending emails. The system says' checking' but freezes and does not ever complete the check and identify any errors. I am having to copy my emails to Word and then spell check and re-paste them to Zoho at the moment. Can you please check this for me and advise?

In: "Job Opening" on the right there is a field: Whom to deal with. It shows the Client company, email and phonenumber but not the name of the contact. What is the point? How big issue would it be to show also the name of the contact person?

Associated reports producing duplicate records
I have been trying to create a report for candidate records that includes note content and associated Job Opening. When I select these elements the report creates duplicate line items for the same candidate. I can not seem to find the correct criteria to produce the correct outcome. Do you have any idea how to have all of these elements but eliminate the duplicate issue? Thanks, Chris
