Issue sending email to client
When I try to send a candidate to a client, and add 3 additional emails to the CC (which I add by selecting them from the contacts list), I get an error message that says "Please add a valid CC". Why won't this send to the client?

Indeed Integration Buttons Not Working
Currently when trying to Integrate Indeed.com, the final button entitled "Enable Indeed" from within the pop up window, does not work. The pop up window simply disappears and screen remains greyed out. When you return to the integration section, the status has not changed.

I am not sure how I can solve this problem. I have read how Resume inbox can associate candidates to job openings by the subject of the email. I have seek.com set up to send candidates to Resume inbox. How can I then get the candidates to be associated to jobs? As per Zoho, I need to follow this subject "Seek: Application For JobTitle: B2B Telesales Professional - Part Time , Ref: , Application Source: Seek" But I cannot get seek to use the same format. Urgent - Associating candidates - all marked candidates do not get associated!!!!!!
Hello, first: can you answer my previous request????? It has already been 8 days with no reply!!!!!!!!!!! second: when associating candidates to a position we experience a problem that not all marked candidates do not associate. Ie. we marked 513 candidates to mass associate them to a position and only 423 got associated. This again has a significant influence on our business. Several actions do not appear in notes anymore - needs a quick fix
Hello, the following items stopped appearing in notes. It causes problems, as it is not possible to see immediately what was happening with the candidate. Bring it back, it causes problems. Why cannot you keep at least the minimum things that are useful and working. I am sure this was not an intention, but you made changes in the system without a proper testing again. Receiving applications from LinkedIn?
We are collecting all applicants in Zoho Recruit. Other sites can send e-mails with resumes to the resume parser on application submission. LinkedIn does not. What is the strategy on how to receive applications from LinkedIn into Zoho Recruit automatically? Best, Thomas.
Active, Inactive Candidates in concrete job opening is missing
Hello, is that just me, or "Active candidates" tab went missing? I was able to send emails form there, change status, read notes and doing actually everything to inform and evaluate my applicants. Now it is not there. What happend? Is this intendet? My work time went 20% up just cose of this, not mentioning problems it couses. Please inform me if I can change it back somehow.

I configured the posting to LinkedIn form with the necessary ID's and Account information and I added Zoho Recruit on LinkedIn Recruiter. When I post a job, nothing happens. What are the exact conditions that that will be checked when posting? What happens when there are no more Job slots available? Thanks, Thomas.
Candidate Mass Email
Can you just please confirm, in the new version, if we want to send out an email to more than one Candidate, we cannot free-type an email?? It appears we have to create an email template first, then send (although we cannot even see the actual content of the email before it is sent!). If so, this is massively frustrating

I don't know why but none of my rules seem to be working and aren't sending out the emails like they should be. Candidates aren't getting emails on apply for jobs or at any point in the application process. It was working earlier today and suddenly isn't???

URL code isn't working on website
Not receiving the proper url to publish job orders on my website. the code that is being generated has my website domain name as the source instead of the job order from zoho. Its call cause problems with the certificate. google thinks there is a cyber attack.

SMS Feature Not Working
Guys, I still have not been able to use my SMS feature since the switch to this new Zoho Recruit. I've told support about it but so far no resolution. I'm having to pay quite a bit of money to use this feature between the extra money to Zoho and the $100 per month to the third party SMS provider and for the last month since the switch to the new Zoho none of it has worked! I really need a refund on this past month of no use and for someone to fix the issue so we can use it please!
How to synchronize the new Zoho Recruit Calendar to my Ipad (Ical)
Hello, Previous to integration to the new Zoho recruit I had my Zoho recruit calendar synchronized to the calendar in my Ipad through adding a subscription link that was able to be copied from within Zoho. I have noted that since integration that new appointments do not show on my Ipad and I assume I need to put in a new subscription link. Zoho Recruit E-mail Templates - after migration can't edit
Could somebody contact me as I am unable to edit my e-mail templates that were migrated across from the old Zoho recruit. Also my signature is not added. It is also not possible for me to make new e-mail templates. I have already raised this issue but it has not been resolved. Candidates Cannot Sign Up With Agency

Search result inactive after mass association of candidates - URGENT
Hello, a new problem occurred. It needs a quick fix. After mass associating of candidates from a search list to a job the search is still there but it is not possible to go the next page of results. Also, when trying to perform "search again" function the system goes down. The search must be performed again. Please, let me know, when the issue will be fixed. Again, we are losing a lot of time with this. And it means money. Searching and working with searches is an essential characteristics of a database.

Hello, your system is really damaging our business!!!!!!!! Except all other bugs that appeared this week, attachments disappeared. There are no titles of documents, a blank space instead of that. Closed vs Lost Jobs
We added two job statuses, "Closed" (e.g. client ended search), and "Lost" (e.g. competitor made placement), however, Zoho treats these statuses as if they were open. Zoho support stated we MUST use filled/cancelled/inactive/declined in order to close a job. This doesn't allow us to track closed jobs in a meaningful way. I supposed we could use "cancelled" instead of our "Closed". But what about Lost jobs? Does anyone else have this problem or have you come up with a simple workaround?
New Zoho Recruit SMS....Unable to Edit the template now??
Here is yet another issue with a feature we used to have but now has been taken away. For some reason, when I pulled up my list of candidates and I was getting ready to send an SMS to about 90 of them, I was taken to a screen where it appears that you can ONLY pick a template to send via SMS and I CAN NOT edit the template. Why??? We used to be able to use the templates AND edit them as needed which only makes since since certain things do not fit neatly into a template. PLEASE PLEASE change

New Zoho Recruit Calendar
I am wondering where calendar has gone in the new zoho recruit ? I also note that when an event or scheduled call is loaded this does not show up on my Zoho recruit calendar. Also when I load a task this does not load up on my old zoho recruit tasks. Is there a setting I need to change as I need to be able to have these items show up on the appropriate calendar.. Hello Beta Testers
I feel we customers of ZR are nothing but beta testers for this new platform. I find all the time issues to be changed and corrected. Some of them are bugs, some just bad architecture and stupid development. Some can be fixed but I feel it is not my job to configure the system to work as what it is meant to be. I have spent a lot of time trying to find a good way to configure the fields and processes to make it work a good way for a recruiter like me. Too much trouble. Now I don´t know what to do.
