Uploading Interview Assessment form
We need to upload an Interview Assessment form for each Interview held i.e in the "Interviews" Module, on the right side there is an option called Interview Assessment form. we want to upload our Interview Assessment form manually but there is no option to upload manually. we are hoping that you will suggest us a way to upload the Interview Assessment form manually.

I downloaded the iPhone mobile recruit app, and when I sign in, it says "I do not have permission to use the mobile application". I checked settings on my account, and all looks in order. Please advise. Thanks!
Very Slow
Hi All, Over the last few months, I have seen a dramatic slowdown in the Zoho Recruit site. It seems to now take for ever to update candidates, upload candidates, pretty much do anything. This frustration has got to the point where you think twice about updating a candidate record. Crucially, I am now at a point where I am thinking of spending the time finding a new recruitment tool. Does any have any thoughts / similar experience?

Bugs and poor support quality
I am fed up with the amount of bugs in the new Zoho recruit version. The filters and mass update tools are not working correctly. You select some candidates and then the system update all candidates under a job. When I report incidents to the support team, I can wait 5 days before having a feedback, when I get it because of "sorry, your email was in our spambox" What happened with you Zoho ?
job submission issue
none of the jobs we have posted will submit the application. When you click submit, nothing happens... the application stays open with all of the information there. please help.

Import Issue
Hi, I am trying to import my Database which is a .xlsx file but when it uploads and takes me to a page with a load of drop downs and I click on them it just says NONE... doesn't show anything at all... Please help! Thanks
Spell Check freezing
When I am sending an email to a client or candidate I always use the spell check option. For the last few days whenever I use spell check, the system says "checking' but hangs at this point and does not complete the check. I can still send the email, but the spell check function is no longer working. Can you please investigate and advise.
Can't edit logo on careers site

Email address and Resume Parsing
I would like to have my one employee who uses Zoho Recruit to have his email address in the system, otherwise they come to me as the account owner who is not using this system? Tx! Second issue is that the resumes we are receiving are not parsing correctly. We realize it's not always going to be perfect, but it's not really working at all?
Candidate Import - Difference between Import My Candidates and Import My Organization Candidates
Quick question - when importing candidates (from a spreadsheet), what is the difference between "Import My Candidates" and "Import My Organization Candidates" - it is one of the first selection items, but I am not clear on the difference?

Hello, I'm trying to figure out some tricks to using automation and macros. Specifically how to automate the sending of a thank you email when I change the status of a candidate. Is this possible to automate ?
My Emails aren't being recorded in the ATS.
I have sent mail using the BCC function as well as the send feature from the app and none of it is showing up in the candidate profile under email. :( This led me to double email someone who I think is really great, and look pretty stupid. What is happening here? Why aren't these emails being shown here.

Custom from address
I have created a custom from address and can use it when I manually select it upon sending an email. Is the anyway to "assign" this custom send address to certain contacts/candidates so that I don't have to remember to manually select it when sending email to certain people?
Allow for more text areas and fields
I'm finding the limited number of custom text areas and fields is making it difficult to create the form that I need to accomplish what we are trying to use Recruiter for. What is the reason that you limit text areas to 10? it seems like a very low number to me.
Quick forward cv and attachments
Sometimes, I need to forward a cv to a client for a second time. When I need to do so, I need to go to "submit candidates" which takes a lot of times and changes my statuses. You should create a "quick forward" option for cv's and attachments.

Cannot access Job Openings page
I cannot access the Job Openings page from any page in Zoho when I click on the tab on the toolbar. I get a feedback form to complete to send to Support but when I click Submit, I get this message - "unable to process your request". Thus I cannot report this problem via Zoho. I can access a specific job by clicking on the link in the record of an associated candidate but I can't go to the main Job Openings page from that specific job. I can access specific jobs via a Client. I can create a new job
How to add secondary email?

Bulk IMPORT Candidate/User Profile Picture/Image
Hi Zoho, We have about 500 profile images of our users/applicants that we want to import along with their data during the Import process. We don't wan't to have to manually upload each photo one by one. Or rely on the LinkedIn/Facebook option.
