I am trying to replace values in the pick list using the instructions you provide. However, the old values remain in the pick list. Are there any resources available to help troubleshoot this?

In your template setting within the candidate page, there are only a few columns, such as candidate name, city, candidate status…….If I would like to add few more columns, such as employers, job titles……etc. Would would I do?

Import Candidate from Parsing not working
We recently upgraded to the new version of Zoho & our ability to import candidates with parsing does not appear to be working. It still pulls in the candidate in the Chrome extension, but then the candidate does not show up inside of Zoho or through searching the candidate by name. How do we get this to start working again?

Quick forward without submitting a candidate
Sometimes, I need to forward a cv to a client for a second time. When I need to do so, I need to go to "submit candidates" which takes a lot of times and changes my statuses. You should create a "quick forward" option for cv's and attachments.

Hi, We get the open positions listed on our website via API. This works fine for displaying all the available job openings. How can I link now to a candidate application form for a specific position (not just generic candidate application form)? I have created an candidate application form in ZOHO, but I am not sure I can pass any values to that? Is it possible to make a matrix style activity log report?
When I chose matrix style for an activity log report, the system doesn't allow me to chose a column header, and the report cannot be saved without a column header. Is this a bug or the correct behavior? Personally, I would like to create a matrix report showing activities totaled by activity owner.

Hi, How can we create a formatted view of certain fields from the "interview" (Bewerbungsgespraech) section. We are entering interview output into additional fields and want to export that as a PDF. Is it possible/practical to use the custom fields to create in Zoho Recruit a candidate profile that shows the employment/job history of candidates: what jobs with what companies with what start and end dates? Has anyone done this? Could I see (screenshot) examples? Thus is it possible that we record in the candidate profile say up to 5 held positions (with job title, company, start/end date) and then based on these dates automatically populate a field that show the most recently held position?
Full Content Searching of Resumes
I am interested in doing full content searching of clients/candidates resumes. For example in my outplacement firm, I would like to find all current or past clients/candidates who have been CFO's or live in Chicago or have worked at Kraft. Email signature not working for mass emails & automated emails
We have a user (63056322) whose signature will not work for mass emails and automated emails. It works when he chooses "Send Mail" from the Candidate module. His profile is exactly the same as other users in the system and his role is Recruitment Admin.
Never received a call back
This is really sad. I've been trying to get ahold of someone in support since Friday and with no luck received an email that the help desk is to busy to call me. That was yesterday, I was a paying customer however cancelled my credit card and I now will be blogging about the poor service that Zoho provides.

Sending bulk email to hired / locked candidates
How do you send a bulk email to people who were "hired" on a given job? Right now, they are all locked and your cannot select them! We want to email them for example to tell them that tomorrow's start time has been moved forward one hour.

Invoice is sent to wrong recipient
Hi Our admin user / account holder e-mail is jobs@krame**** and I have double-checked that this e-mail is set properly at Zoho recruit user, Zoho account, etc. But the invoice keeps being sent to zoho@eug**** which was a former e-mail address that we used. Did I miss a setting to change this or is it not updated correctly in Zohos system? Please check this on your side and make sure all admin e-mails go to the account holder e-mail. Thanks Chris
Ability to create web forms for other/custom modules
It sure would be nice if I could create a web-form for entities other than candidates and contacts. For example, if I wanted to create a web-form so someone could submit a job or submit a record for a custom module. Similarly, it would be nice if the careers page job list could be embedded element, and even expanded to handle other entities as well.

Form Editor Limitations
I'm feeling a little hamstrung by the limitations of the existing form editor. CRM/ERP/ATS systems are all about the capabilities of their form editors. Below are some areas I have recently struggled: 1) Special fields -- Many of these "special" fields which are pervasive in recruit are not intuitive. For example, the State and Country fields are hard coded so you cannot change the label, and they are hard-coded to data type text. Half the time people put in USA and the other half "United States"
Emailing my database
I was trying to send a happy holidays email to my clients through Zoho and I rec'd msg that I could not send mass emails? I just upgraded my acct so that I would have the ablity to send up to 1000 emails a day. If I cant send mass emails to my database that is a severe hardship for my recruiting business. my buis
