Difficulties in the massive upload of candidates information
These last week has been very difficult to perform a massive upload of information. Is there any problem with my account or this is because something in the zoho system?
There is no option to enable Job Boards
Hello, I am using Zoho Recruit for first time and I have problem with posting my job in the job boards. My account is Trial version of Enterprise plan, which I think mean that I can try all options of this plan including to post jobs in job boards. I tried to activate JobBoards from Setup menu as it is in your FAQ. To enable job boards: Click Setup > Job Boards Integration > Job Boards List. The supported job boards will be listed here. Click the button to turn ON and enable the job board or website.
Unable to add a new User in Zoho Recruit
When I try to Add a new user, it lets me do everything except grant the person a role. However if you do not specify a role for the person it will not let you create the user.

How do I change the result layout from a search done through candidate profile while associating a job?
How do I change the layout for the jobs I searched for from the following scenario?: Starting from a candidate's profile: 1. I scroll down and click "add existing jobs" to associate this candidate to a job 2. I do a search to pull up the list of jobs to associate this candidate to. How do I change the result layout from the search? I see a list of jobs, but I would like to add Client name, start date, etc to the search results from this process. Any tips wold be helpful.

Hi, In our job opening section we have an alternative contact field. It seems to be only editable once "edit" is clicked, where as other fields have an edit link on mouse over. Is there a way to enable the edit on mouse over for this field? Thank you.

I have setup Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit integration. The contacts will sync daily. My question is will the syncing be bidirectional, i.e. if I add or edit a contact in Recruit will that change be reflected in Zoho CRM.
Styling of application form
Hi The application form code on our website is taken through API from zoho embedded code but this code is formatted with inline styles. And it's even not responsive... Is there a way I can apply my styles/stylesheet to the form? Regards Chris
Saving attachments to folder
Hi, when an existing user applies for a new job and uses the e-mail address already used for an earlier application, the former attachments (resume, cover letter) are overridden, but actually the new ones should be stored additionally. How can I store the attachments in a (candidates) folder in Zoho? I only see download and delete options. Regards Chris
typing in a date - autocomplete the year
It would be nice that when typing in a date for an activity, we wouldn't have to type in the year. The system should know the current or future year. See attached
New job status needs to mark jobs as closed
I added a few new options for requirements such as "Closed - Client Unresponsive". But now, those requirements show up and open when that status needs to mark it as closed. The attached image is an exmaple. The top requirement was closed a while ago, but I market it as "Closed - Filled by Competitor", but now its shows as an available open requirement.
Missing Records when running a Filter by Status
The saved View filters and the one time filter functions both have issues where they are not pulling all the candidates into the shown results. IE: We have a candidate (ID 1559) who was not showing in our saved View called Screening - Sherry. When we ran that View, only 4 records appeared, not including ID 1559. We have paid to have Zoho recruit and Zoho Email so that when we send emails to clients the information would be stored in the system, but emails are not linking to candidate profiles consistently. Web Form fail.
Hi, When sending a Job Opening and Web Form to a Candidate via email to apply for a job, using the "Job URL to Publish in other Websites", everything works fine except the page that displays after the candidate has filled out the form shows an error. How do we show a proper success page? Please advise. The form works fine when the user finds it through our career website integration with CNAME alias but not when sending them a direct link to the job and form. Example attached Thanks

modification to resume extractor
I'd like to see a way to choose whether to import the "resume information" as a candidate or a contact. Ideally I want a way to highlight contact info and add as a contact. This would be a fast way to import a contact from a website - unless you have something already?
Send Mail
Hi, I clicked "send mail" on the right hand side column and was writing an email to a candidate. I then clicked out of Zoho on my gmail tab to read an email that just arrived (i did not close anything down, simply clicked one of my open google chrome tabs). I clicked back to the ZOHO tab and my email has now disappeared and if I click send mail now nothing happens. Can you advise please? Thanks, Hassan

Changing the candidate information page
Hi - I was wondering if someone could help please. I need to change the format of the candidate information page on Zoho in order to record additional bits of information on them and to refine what we are recording already. My questions are: 1, When I do this, how does it affect all of the past candidate records? Does it delete those fields / boxes (and therefore information contained therein) that are not in our new and revised candidate page? 2, Does it add the new fields to the candidate pages
Ascending and Descending
It seems that after we import data from a spreadsheet or other imports that the data is always in descending order. We need to change this to a default of ascending. We realize we can click on the button to ascend, but that isn't what we want. We want the data to be in ascending order from the start.

I have ran into several new bugs lately and a few areas that could use some flushing out. 1) If a web form posts and updates a field value, workflow automation flat out isn't being triggered. Regardless of how the rule is setup- if it is a "Field Update" or you specify when a record is created/edited or edited- the rule never runs. You can trigger it by making a change in the UI.
