INSERTING IMAGES
I have to insert images into my spread sheets. When I alter the width of any column or height of any row or when I insert colums and rows these images do not move and are all misaligned. I have to move each one manually which is a very time consuming job. How can I prevent this? Many thanks. Hans
not saving properly
Hi, I just noticed that my changes aren't being saved properly, this is a recent thing but my last few updates on my zoho sheet are not being saved properly even though it definitely says my changes have been saved before I close the sheet! But the next time I open it the most recent changes have disappeared. Can anyone tell me what's wrong? I'd appreciate any help, thanks. Ann

Can't export a specific spreadsheet
Hello, I've got three spreadsheets in Zoho Sheet. Last week I was able to download all of them, in any format. Now suddenly, I can't download one of them. I've tried it in different options (in the upper menu, on the sidebar) and I even did a save as to an new spreadsheet. Nothing seems to work. Zoho starts loading my browser, and then it just stops. Strangely enough I still can download the other two spreadsheets. Help! Thanks Freek.
Turn off automatic recalculations when moving between sheets
I notice that while moving between sheets my rand() formulas recalculate and mess up the previous figures I had fixed. Is there a way to turn this off? Thanks!
Positive cell values displaying as negative
I have a column of numbers I'm adding up. I'm inserting new rows as payments are made. For the most recent rows, positive numbers (i.e., $55.24) are displaying as negative numbers (i.e., -$55.24). There is no formula in the cell, just a value that I typed in. I tried retyping it. I tried deleting the row and re-entering, etc. and it still shows up as negative. Of course, the totals are off as well. What's going on? This is a pretty scary error.

(on XP => Firefox 3.6.8, Chrome 5.0.375.127 and IE 6) I tried to search in this forum, but i didn't find any problem like this. I currently have a specifically formatted excel spreadsheet that we use to track our prospects and typically need to print out a hard copy on a bi-weekly basis to present to and utilize during staff meetings. It currently is not using any sophisticated formulas, xrefs, calculations, etc, however font types, sizes, cell text alignment, predefined column widths, text wrapping, etc, cell background colors are all parameters that have been established. Hello, I do not see tools > addins like in my offline spreadsheet. Is there a way to add in a function that calls data from external sites? My spreadsheet are not working becuase they can't retrieve information from sites like yahoo.com
Exporting spreadsheet makes some rows bigger
I have a spreadsheet in Zoho which looks fine, but when I export it to a .ods file it makes the height of every 20th row bigger. I thought it might be due to wrapping, but nothing in the cells would account for this. I have also tested exporting it as a .xls file and I get the same results. If I export as .csv I can only get one sheet at a time, but the height is the correct size. Is this a known issue? I tried to attach the file as a .ods but it won't let me here. So, here it is as a .xls file.

Hello, Every time I make a changement in my zoho sheet the currency sign changes from Euro to Dollar, automaticly. How can I turn this off?

Is there any way to get an individual cell to appear exactly as typed ? It seems to condense and leave spaces out when I want to seperate letters and words for easier viewing.
Decimals please help
I have not been able to get that to work most likely because I have a function to combine with it.. I am taking cell P1 dividing it by cell D1 and then adding cell S1 to it to come up with a number in cell B1 that I want to reduce to just 1 or 2 decimals. Right now I am using =Sum(P1/D1+S1) How would I put that so that it displays a number with only 2 decimals?
Zoho Sheet Lead Id Column Suppression
I am quite new to Zoho CRM and I have been testing the Zoho Sheet View specifically when creating a spreadsheet for the purpose of presenting at weekly meetings and I was wondering if there is a way to suppress by default the first Lead Id column so it does not show up on the spreadsheet whenever a sheet is generated. I am specifically working in the Prospects section. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Updating Spreadsheets
I have a spreadsheet I want to update, and I don't see how to do this. So, I am simply deleting the current one and replacing it with the new one. In Google docs, I could do this rather easily, but I don't see where the option is on Zoho spreadsheets. I am assuming it's there, I just can't find it. Any help would be appreciated.

hello, i'm using zoho sheet for my work. I made a staff roster in a sheet for my employees. The roster changes every week. All the employees ar logging in with the same username en password, so do i. Everyone can make changes in the roster. Is there a possibility that just one person can get admin rights , so that he is the only one that can make changes. The others can only view the roster, but can not make changes. Regards Jack

How long to upload
How long should it take to upload a 6 mb file into Zoho? Is it even capable of handling that? There's about 20 worksheets in the file I'm trying to upload. So far it's taking 1 1/4 hrs and isn't done yet.

The Spreadsheet will not let me delete old files or publish a range to the net. I have tried importing a new cop and then publishing bt that doesn't work either. It does everything except give me the html code to embed. Please help ! Zeitguy.
deleting spreadsheets
Nothing happens when I try to delete a spreadsheet, I need to delete this ASAP. What is the problem! I try to move it to the trash and nothing happens, it is as though it does not even recognize I'm selecting and deleting. wtf?
Error 500 - New Sheet
Good Afternoon Went to Documents on the sidebar. Clicked to create a new sheet. Typed in a name and clicked save, and got an Error 500. Not sure why, but it won't let me save ANY sheet, even blank. Any help would be appreciated Chris

BUG: Embedding Zoho Sheets in an external blog
Dear Sirs, Embedding sheets in a blog produces a bug. I have embedded two Zoho Sheets documents in my blog at blog.HireMrSpreadsheet.com. When this page is opened, the page scrolls down to the Sheets component. This should not happen. Am I doing something wrong? Please advise on a better way to embed a Sheets component in a blog, so this issue is not encountered. Respectfully, Bernard

All I did was refresh it and now it is gone.....Has anyone had this problem? Can it be restored through ZOHO? There are a lot of members in my group that depend on the spreadsheet and now it is gone.
Workbook Mysteriously Changes Content
I have four workbooks (e.g. A, B, C, D). Everything has been fine up until now. Today I tried to open "A" and it contained only the worksheets associated with workbook "B". The original worksheets for "A" are GONE! Workbook "B" contains "B" content and "C" and "D" also contain only their normal content. I tried to use the version feature and all the versions are from yesterday. I viewed the first two at the top and they are the same WRONG CONTENT. I then went to the oldest version from yesterday
Calculating time doesn't work anymore
Hi, I'm using the sheet 2010_Arbeitszeit for calculating my working hours. Since a few days all calculations are failing and the most formattings are deleted. 1.: In cols B, C, and D the format was german time format for 24 hours, e.g. "16:45". Now it is re-reformatted as "4:45:00 PM" 2.: Col D should be "00:30" (30 minutes break), but now it's "12:30:00 PM" 3.: Col E is the same as Col D, but as decimals (=24*D15), which doesn't work anymore I've shared the sheet with support@zoho.com, so please
positive numbers turned into negative
I use column J to show my current balance and when I reached row 95 it showed the correct number but there was a minus sign in front of it. Even when I erase the formula and put the number in a minus sign appears from J95 down

Losing Formatting
Hi - I've recently been losing my Sheet formatting and even when I try to change things back it doesn't always work. This is affecting the formatting of dates, currencies and decimal places. Text formatting seems unaffected. The sheet in question is set up to display dates as 17-Aug-10 but when I load a saved sheet it seems to be in U.S. Date/Time format. Currency pages have either lost the pound sign £ or it changes to $ and numerical data that was set for 2 decimal places won't display trailing
