6/6(金)に名古屋 ユーザー交流会 Vol.1を開催しました。当日は11名の皆さまにご参加いただきました。

ユーザー活用事例セッション:Zoho CRM Plusによる引合~見積~受注までのプロセス統合

具体的な社内業務の課題
複数システムへの入力や作業の属人化が課題として上がっていましたが、それらの作業をCRMやDeskを利用することで、業務改善を実現しようと考えました。

Zoho CRM Plusで課題解決
現在導入進行中のプロジェクトですが、図のようにDeskやFormsで始まり、CRMでデータを貯めて更に各サービスに連携するなどして、社内運用の効率化を実現したいと考えています。
※Zoho CRM Plus には Zoho Forms は内包されませんので、ご注意ください。
名刺取込作業の改善 ~Gemini AI~
展示会で入手した名刺をCRMの見込み客、連絡先に自動登録されるように設定しました。
マスタ連携
元々オンプレミスで運用している生産管理システム「TECHS」内に貯められているデータを、SQLで「取引先マスタ」「担当者マスタ」などマスタCSVファイル出力し、それらのファイルを最終的にZoho CRMに取り込むことでファイル連携を実現します。

従来難易度の高い製造業におけるシステム管理をクラウドサービスのZoho CRM Plusで実現するという壮大なプロジェクトについてご共有いただきました!
グループワーク:見込み客・顧客データ、どう貯めて、どう活用していますか?
大阪開催回と同様に、上記テーマでグループワークを実施しました。
CRMでコール履歴のデータを貯めて活用している方や、Formsで集めたデータをCRMの見込み客に取り込んで活用するなど、多種多様な活用法をお話しいただきました。

当日ご参加いただいた方のほとんどにご参加いただきました!名古屋ユーザーグループならではのアットホームな雰囲気で、終始和やかな時間でした。

Merge Items
Is there a work around for merging items? We currently have three names for one item, all have had a transaction associated so there is no deleting (just deactivating, which doesn't really help. It still appears so people are continuing to use it). I also can't assign inventory tracking to items used in past transactions, which I don't understand, this is an important feature moving forward..
