◾️️機能概要

Zoho CRM の各組織から送信されるメールの信頼性向上につなげるための機能として、「メールの信頼性」レポート機能が追加されました。
このレポートでは、メールの到達・不達状況や信頼性に関する指標データを確認でき
信頼性スコアを向上させるために取るべき対応策を提案します。 

信頼性に関するレポートは、送信元のIPアドレスにおいて報告されたメールの不達件数や
迷惑メールとして処理された件数 などのデータをもとに作成され、以下のレポートを確認できます。
 
1.アカウントにおけるメールの信頼性スコア
2.信頼性を向上するための対応策の提案
3.不達に関するレポート
4.信頼性スコアの変動

メールの信頼性レポートは、Zoho CRM の管理者が以下の手順でご利用いただけます。
・設定 > "チャネル" の中のメール > メール到達率の向上 > メールの信頼性

We currently have three names for one item, all have had a transaction associated so there is no deleting (just deactivating, which doesn't really help.
