We have recently introduced some most-requested enhancements. Here are the details:
Add unsubscribe link to your email
You can now add unsubscribe links to emails you send from Bigin. When a contact clicks the unsubscribe link, the Email opt-out field for that record in Bigin will be enabled preventing you from including them in further email communications.
You can find the Unsubscribed contacts in the views drop down.

Add Zoho Forms link in your email
You can now embed Zoho Forms link in emails and templates if you have integrated Zoho Forms with your Bigin account.

Migrate from Insightly
Migrate from Insightly to Bigin in a couple of steps. Enter the API token (available in your Insightly 'User settings') in the migration page and the entire process will be carried out in the background.

Dashboard in Android app
You can now access the dashboards that you've created in Bigin web application from your Bigin Android app as well.
And, you can share the dashboard components as an image from the Bigin mobile app.
