Community Digest: Samenvatting van Januari 2022



Beste Community leden,

De eerste maand van 2022 zit er alweer bijna op, en dat betekent dat het tijd is om terug te kijken op de maand Januari. Deze Community Digest is een samenvatting van wat er in deze maand is gebeurd binnen de Zoho Dutch Community.

Hebben jullie deze maand ook hard gewerkt aan de doelen voor 2022?

Dat idee kregen wij wel! Wij hebben namelijk een aantal vragen over CRM Worflows ontvangen, die deels ook vanuit de community zijn beantwoord.

Daarnaast hebben wij deze maand Tips & Tricks gedeeld voor diverse Zoho producten.

Allereerst deelden wij een tip over de Single Sign-On (SSO) in Zoho One. SSO (Single Sign On) is een authenticatiedienst die een gebruiker in staat stelt om op een veilige manier, met één enkele aanmelding, toegang te krijgen tot meerdere webapplicaties in verschillende domeinen en services.

Vervolgens werd de Workflow functie van Zoho Bigin in 3 stappen uitgelegd aan de hand van screenshots. Deze functie is ideaal om herhalende taken te automatiseren.

De laatste tip van deze maand ging over de Top 10 Zoho Desk Integraties van 2021. Wij hebben afgelopen jaar meer dan 200 integraties voor Zoho Desk op Zoho Marketplace gezet, om te helpen bij het optimaliseren van jouw helpdesk.
