We are excited to announce a major upgrade to our Webforms feature. You can now customize the confirmation message shown to your users who double opt-in from your webform and also customize your confirmation emails when they submit requests through your webforms.
Double opt-ins in webforms ensure only verified users can make it into your contact list in the CRM system. Additionally, personalizing your confirmation email to users who verify their email addresses through your webforms can help you build a more authentic, engaged subscriber base. This enhancement enables you to achieve this.
Here's What's New
- Customizable confirmation after double opt-in: You can now draft a customized confirmation message to provide a consistent user experience for your subscribers from sign-up to confirmation.
- Customizable double opt-in email template : You can now craft personalized emails to engage with your subscribers right from the start. So draft content to match your brand and add personalization to cater to different audiences.
Why this matters
- With customizable confirmations for double opt-ins: You can let users know about the verification email sent to their registered email addresses. This way, they don't miss the approval step during sign-ups. It helps make sure the users get the email, complete the verification, and finish signing up successfully.
- With customizable email templates : You can personalize emails to help capture your audience's attention and leave a positive, lasting impression, thereby improving overall engagement.
How to get started
Login to your CRM system, navigate to Setup, and access Webforms. First build the form, and while you are specifying the form details,
-- Click the Customize Email Template option to draft a personalized email to welcome your webform subscribers.
-- Click the Customize Confirmation Page to draft a customized confirmation message to ensure your webform subscribers know what they are subscribing to.
Let's say you have a webform announcing a new product feature. Your aim is to create a contact list of those interested in becoming beta users for this feature. To achieve this, you build a webform titled 'AI chat box for Zylker'. Then, you create a customized response email reminding your subscribers that they will become beta-users for the new feature upon confirmation, and that they will receive periodic updates on the program. Additionally, you craft a customized confirmation message to subscribers who double opt-in notifying them about the verification email sent to their registered email address. When notified about this approval process, the users will ensure to verify their signup for the program.
Thus, incorporating customizable confirmation messages and email templates for your webform offers improved user engagement, compliance, and flexibility for your CRM users.
