Integrate QuickBooks with Bigin and streamline your sales and accounting!

If your business relies on Bigin for customer management and QuickBooks for accounting and invoicing, this new integration is here to make your operations more efficient. By connecting these two platforms, you can now manage your CRM and financial processes seamlessly in one place.

With Bigin's QuickBooks integration, customer data, invoices, expenses, and estimates are automatically synchronized between both platforms.
This means your records stay up-to-date, accurate, and accessible without manual effort.
InfoNote: This integration is currently available only for QuickBooks Online (QBO) .
What problem does it solve?
  • Eliminates manual data entry; no more duplicate data between Bigin and QuickBooks.
  • Keeps sales and finance in sync; customer details, transactions, and payments stay updated.
  • Enables faster invoicing; create invoices directly from Bigin without switching apps.
  • Improves cash flow tracking; enables you to view outstanding payments and estimates in Bigin. 

Install the QuickBooks integration

To install QuickBooks, go to Setup > Topping > QuickBooks > Install and provide the necessary permissions.

Once you install QuickBooks, you'll need authorize both Bigin and QuickBooks.

To authorize, enter the credentials for each account. You'll be prompted to add your Company ID, which you can find in your QuickBooks subscriptions settings.

Configure module sync

Now you need to configure your QuickBooks modules to align with Bigin's modules.

Choose either Bigin's Company or Contact modules to sync with the Customer module, and select the desired custom view. Then map the fields from QuickBooks to Bigin.

For the Items module, select the view in Bigin's Product module. Make sure to map the mandatory fields from QuickBooks to the corresponding fields in Bigin; otherwise, you won't be able to proceed.

Once the sync is successfully configured, customer and item data will be updated in real time between Bigin and QuickBooks.

Manage invoices and estimates

After successfully integrating, a QuickBooks tab will be added to the related lists of all synced modules in Bigin, as well as to the Pipelines module.
You can manage invoices and estimates directly from this view.
