Speak Your Customers' Language: SalesIQ's chatbots now support 30 languages

We're unveiling some major upgrades to our chatbot that are set to revolutionize your experience! Now SalesIQ support 30 languages for both Zobot and Answer bot. By speaking your customers' language, you can enhance engagement, improve customer satisfaction, and break down language barriers to provide seamless support.

How does it work?

Configure languages:
  • In the bot profile, under the "Supported languages", choose the languages you want the bot to converse.
  • Next, select one default language from the chosen supported languages.
Proactive Conversation:
  • When the bot is proactive, it will analyze the website language, and if that language is configured, the bot will trigger in the respective language. If not, the bot will trigger in the default language.
  • For example, if the bot is configured in Spanish and the visitor sends a message, "Hola!" the bot will use Spanish for the entire conversation. If Spanish is not configured, the bot will use the default language.
Answer bot:
  • Ensure that resources (articles/FAQs) are available in multiple languages so the Answer bot can pick up correct answers.
  • Multi-languages are not supported when selecting the Zoho desk resource as the bot's source.
  • Business terms do not support the multi-languages
Codeless bot builder:
  • Set up the bot's flow using the chosen default language. The selected additional languages will be displayed at the top. Click on them to update the bot's content for those languages.
  • The bot flow/cards can only be created/edited/deleted in the default language. For other languages, only the content within the cards can be updated.
  • The contents for other languages need to be updated manually, as auto-translation is not currently supported.
Note: The bot will not switch languages during an ongoing conversation.
