Streamline your organization's service requests with Zoho Forms: ServiceDesk Plus Cloud integration

Tending to service requests within your organization as quickly as possible is key to smoothly maintaining business functions. If your organization uses ServiceDesk Plus Cloud, integrating Zoho Forms makes collecting service requests and associated data easier and faster.

 

With this integration, you can:

• Automatically push each form entry into your ServiceDesk Plus Cloud portal as a service request
  
• Add descriptions and resource information, and attach associated files to the form entries 
  
• Customize the form and embed it on your website to gather service entries

Setting up the integration is easy, and can be done from the Integrations tab of your form. In just a few clicks, you can select your Portal, Template, and View Type. You can find help on this topic here.
