Let's say that Students_form has two fields: 1) Student ID (automatically generated by Zoho Creator) 2) CostPerHour which is a currency field I have created another form called Invoice_form. I have a question. I have an App with three forms in it. Form A - records contain a reference number and text fields.say A1 A2 and A3, and a lookup checkbox field which takes single line data from the records in Form B. Form B - simple records which contain only one field, single line text. This is read by form A and C to provide the check box field. Bulk Editing a Checkbox Field?
I'm a new Zoho Creator user and I've been impressed with the service overall. Very robust and simple to use. But before I can bring my organization's data over fully, I need to figure out a solution to one problem ... I have a field that has a pick list that contains "Growth rate" and "Cash Flow". I then have 3 number input fields, Min, Target, and Max. How can I change the units for these 3 fields based on how the user chooses growth rate or Cash flow?

Lookup field not working
Hi, I've got a couple forms, I work with a work and travel placement company. One with Candidate info; their name, email, contact info. The other with their work placement preferences. The problem is that when I use the lookup filed to the Candidate Names in the Placement info form, every time I select a few of the names the list sometimes updates with the wring name. Usually the record just before it with the same first name. When I try to edit, I select the right record but when I save it goes
Can't properly format an If-Then statement
This is probably an easy one: (sorry) I have a database in which I want to first ask the respondent what continent they are from, for example "North America". I have a drop-down field with 3 choices for continents. If they choose "North America" from the drop down choice list, then the second field, "countries within north America" would then display. I can't seem to understand how to format the If/Then statement to get this to work. I have clicked on "Actions on User Input" for the first field.
Problem with importing ds file and duplicate the application
I took the Application(which is shared ) back up as .ds file and i login as a another user and i imported the .ds file then i am getting the error "Problem encountered while creating the application api functions can be created only by application owner" And if i create a duplicate of that application some functionality is missing . Customized views for a "desired_item_number" in a relational database
I have a relational database in Zoho, with many related forms (tables). Link between these tables are created with import data lookup field. So as a result, for all tables, the first column is "item_number" Always there is an record for each item in the parent table but not always for a child table (because there are no entries for some items in child tables). Can't access Applications
Hi, I have been trying to get hold of Zoho support for the last 2 days but not getting any replies, so hopefully this forum can help. I am unable to access any of my applications in Zoho Creator ever since using the Google apps version to integrate with Gmail. Since I installed the app every-time i go to log in to my creator account I am presented with the Shared Apps Screen, but nothing to access any of my Applications. ther's' no menus or anything to get back to my applications. Custom schedules with attached files are no longer executed
Three days ago the custom schedules which are meant to send attached exported views in XLS format were no longer executed. In my account at https://creator.zoho.com/showScheduleUsageLog.do in last 3 days there is shown that the schedules failed and the reason is... Scheduler won't work
Hi, Can someone help me figure out why this script apparently fails to work with scheduler? The script is valid if executed elsewhere on the site (for instance if I stick it in the "on user input" of a field somewhere). I don't get any errors when putting the script into scheduler; it just doesn't seem to do anything when the scheduled time comes and passes (I have waited 15+ minutes). Can I show a Parent Field from the Parent form of the parent form? Dear All, It's ok to add record into the picklist, but how to just add DISTINCT records? For example: Here are records in FormA.FieldName: Item-1 Item-2 Item-1 Item-3 Item-1 I would like just to add Item-1, Item-2, Item-3 into the picklist (the DISTINCT records). Zoho creator csv feed to Zoho reports
According to your slideshow available at the below link to make data available from Creator to Reports, from view mode, you select 'more actions', Export data and select CSV feed (a screenshot is provided). However, the options within export data is different for me and all export data options exports and downloads the data in the selected file format. There is no option to select a feed. sort order of past entry items
i add a lot of data into my forms that is the same over and over again. if i click on a field twice, i see a drop down with the past entries into this field. i would like to sort and/or edit this list. i use the same verbiage over and over again to input into my forms. i may have well over 100 entries that i would like to click to add to the field instead of having to retype each time. But this is difficult if there is no order to the entries in the drop down box. Is there any way to access these

Hello, In my application, I have a form field for which Public users are required to enter their email address. I want to HIDE the email field from my logged in users. Subform Invalid entries found error

Cannot delete Application
Hello I am testing Zoho Creator and everything was going fine but, I have copied two applications to "My Apps" and now I want to delete then but I cannot do it. I can disable but I delete then are impossible. I want to create an application to show to my boss so he buys a subscription. In the free edition I can just create 3 applications. buttons do not function in embedded data view page
I've created a form with data view and want to embed the data view into my webpage. The data view form is displayed correctly on my webpage, but when I click on the buttons of the data view form on my webpage, none of them work (The buttons are for printing an entry of the form). The buttons work fine within creator. Help?
Filters removed from views
This morning I have found out that all view filters that reference fields that have more than 100 values have been removed. How can this happen. This has a massive impact on my application and I am sure it does on others too. This change has to be reversed and any such future major changes must be analysed for impact and communicated before simply being released. Who else is affacted by this?
