Hi I am new to creator and a i am sure a simple question. I have a form with several check box's When I set criteria for a view to contain yes if checked it works great. But I can not set criteria to show unchecked box's. I have tried every combination of criteria.Thanks in advance for the help.
Mutli-select on dates
Hi folks, 2 questions. 1) My ultimate goal is to be able to obtain a list of dates within a column. Is there any way to select multiple dates in a field or do I have to have multiple date fields? One possibility is to use the multi-select field but I don't know how to automate the dates to be selected. Is there a way to do that? keep in mind my ultimate goal and if there is another way to achieve that, I would be open to hearing it. 2) If I have a date, how do I send a reminder email 2-3 days
Selective editing & user registration

Column Properties wont' submit
I am in the Column Properties of my View edit and for some reason whenever I try to check or uncheck one of the fields to add/delete it from the View, when I click Done it gives me "Please select view to link." It's doing that for all the views based off my Add_Task form and it just started doing it today so I'm not sure what's going on.

Hi. I'm hoping I can get some help here. I figured out how to aggregate a numeric value and I felt like I was close to my solution, but so far away. I need to pre-populate a numeric value based on the sum of that numeric value for a specific date selected. Let me explain: I'm adding a customer to a delivery log for a specific date. In views, can I mark a "grouping name" ABOVE a series of columns. That is, "Shipping" saying that these columns pertain to shipping... "Customer" saying that these columns pertain to customer info.

bug - set criteria for a view
This occurs only when using zoho system variables in the criteria field for a view. To recreate the problem select a view to edit. Once the view is loaded, select the Set Criteria option from the View Configuration menu on the left of the screen. Next, select Restricted Records. Next, select the Added User field from the drop down, then select Equals and type in zoho.loginuser. Finally, select Done. Hello, I just realise that apparently my users have a free edition even if I suscribed for a professional edition. What does that imply for the number of records and the number of applications? ability to reorder the filters
Could you please add the ability to order/reorder filters either in Live mode or GUI mode....preferrable in Live mode. For example, I want my 'Status' and 'Priority' filters at the top of the list. Changing field from single line to multi line
I have a form with a single line field which has been populated with many records. I'd like to change this field to multi line but when I do this Zoho reports that I'll loose all the previous data entered as single line. Is there anyway to keep the old data and change it to multi line? thanks

Grid View option suddenly dissapeared

How to Use Formula on Another Formula-derived Field
I'm trying to calculate a value based on another calculation. Example: Pay1 + Pay2 = Total Pay, where, Pay1 and Pay2 are fields in the form and Total Pay is a formula field. So I'm making a new function: Now I click to create it and get... OK, so I now remove the input variables and it allows me into the script editor... Next I add those variables back in...
