Cannot disable edit for a form
In my TradeMaster, there is a view "Employees - for merch". I disabled data editing, adding and deletion. Yet, when you open the view, you can still do these. If I share this view with a normal merchandiser, she will be ab le to obtain a lot of personal info of other colleagues when she attempts to "edit" a record. Very dangerous. Is there a way to prevent users from exporting data. We don't want employees to be able to export data that is confidential or sensitive.

I use Zoho Creator and it will only allow me to print the entire database we've entered. It seems there should be a way when we're in the "View" and click on "view" next to an individual entry that we should be able to print just the information that pops up in that window. When I try to right click and print, it will print that along with anything that is behind it. Please let me know what I'm doing wrong. THanks Kelli

First let me say i am a newbie to this application and to writing script. so please be explicit. I have a field in my application (named expires_on) that holds an expiration date, I also have a field that is a check box (named active). The Active box is NOT checked by default and will return the answer of NO when checked. I only want text in the Active field that states NO. Completed forms LOST, i.e. do not get emailed to designated email!
I have created and successfully embedded a form to our website. Upon testing that it works, I completed the form on three occasions and have yet not received the completed forms to the designated email. When answering, please note I am a "website DIYer", i.e. not familiar with code but found it relatively easy to put together the form and embed it. Any ideas as to how I resolve this? PS. Problems with Importing Data
Hello, Problems I encountered in importing data from the view: 1. It also add trash data into the source of my look-up fields. I just remove them manually to avoid delay. Formulas that reference other formulas
A newbie question, After trying and failing to reference a formula field within a form, I read in the FAQ that this feature is not supported. It seems kinda surprising since there a variable declared and available in other forms, but I guess it creates some sort of timing issue. how do i get a feild to react to another field
i see the "add item" option that allows me to select an item from a pick list based on an input into that field, but what I'm looking to do the same function, but insert the data into a numerical field. Similar to a spreadsheet. So I could say what the tax and total would be on a purchase for example.
Creator - Server Slow and Inaccessible
We've been experiencing off and on accessibility to our creator database. It occasionally moves extremely slow and other times won't allow us to access at all. It appeared that the issue was fixed earlier in the day, but it seems that there is still a problem. We were told that the server connected with our account was going down. Why after five days are my forms still not permitted to be public. I made the request last Thursday.
