Forms not appearing in "Edit This Application"
Hi, hope someone can help. I can't see any of my forms when i try to edit them, in "edit this application". Get the error symbol appearing in bottom left hand corner of Internet Explorer 8. Constraining Format for Time Input
Hi, I'm just having a issue with trying to constrain a input box to only let 24 hour time be inputted, eg; 13:30, 09:00, etc. With the code I have now it output's the alert even if the format is correct. [error] remove characters from elements in a multi select field
Hi, I have stringlist variable (multi select field) containing different elements, such as type1, type2. I had to import excel data in this field and because of input variations I now end up having similar elements but with or without special characters around them: type1,[type1],(type1), type2, (type2), etc. I would like to remove the brackets in the example above (so as to end up with harmonised elements) but I am not sure how to do that. I want export in csv BUT result is unavailable to read because I have multiline fields. Please, make full compatibility with specification RFC 4180 which use other programs. Csv format details: rows are delimited by a newline cells are separated by comma cells containing comma, " double quote, or newline are quoted; quotes are escaped as ""Zoho Creator are not quoted multiline fields. Schedule when records get below any number
Hi, is it possible to make a scheduler so it reminds you when there are below 30 records left. For example I have huge database of bar-code entries which are classified by categories. One category has around 100-300 bar-code entries in it. And I have many categories. What I want to do that scheduler would send an e-mail to me when entries in any category gets below 30. So I know that the stock is low and I need to take an action. Thanks in advance.
Need formula help
I have a field with a number 9 to 12 digit number. the first two numbers and the last three numbers represent a store number and a sales ID. I need a formula to break them up in three seperate fields for Store number (first two digits), Sales ID (last three digits), and order number (middle digits between 4-8 digits). Thanks!
want a report of counts of multiselect selections
Hi, I'd like to be able to do the following. 1. Create a DB with a form with a Multi Select box with (say) three items, call them Apples, Grapes, and Bananas. 2. Add a bunch of entries with various combinations of the items selected. 3. Create a view that gives the following report: Apples: 43 Grapes: 7 Bananas: 14 That is, I want a summary of the marginal counts of the selected items. The Group By feature in views is cool, but doesn't seem to do this. Is there a way to do this in the current version

Why so many brackets / parentheses?
I am just curious as to why the system adds superfluous brackets to code? For example, this: if (A && B && C && D) { //statements }is automatically converted by the system into this: if ((((A) && (B)) && (C)) && (D)) { //statements } The former is much easier to read and follow than the latter. I have an app, that allows users to enter their email and then are forwarded to a list view that only shows their info, based on email.. Then when they press add, it opens my input record screen. But then when entering a record, it then makes the user reselect from a drop down of name. Formula field does not reflect the current data
In one form I have a formula field in MyForm: "<a class= 'zc-formbutton' href=\"#Form:NameOfTheForm?TransactionID=" + TransactionID + "&Client=" + Client_ID + "\">Add new record</a>" Works as I expect. Most of the time... I have now identified a record in the form where this formula field works, where this does not work. The formula is different. Repeat is supported only if the start date is a date field (not date-time field)
I am setting up a Schedule to send out a reminder a year after a membership form has been filled in. I have a System field set up within Column Properties. When I try to set up a Yearly repeat Schedule I get this error: Repeat is supported only if the start date is a date field (not date-time field) How can I change this System date-time field to just a date field? Sharing forms will all users within a domain (for Google Apps)?
Hello. We have a database with three tabs and a few forms. I have set it so users can access this database through our organization's Google Apps email accounts. For two of the tabs, we want anyone with an email in the domain to be able to access the tabs. Can we do this without having to specify all of the individual email addresses within the domain... by using a wildcard of some sort? For the third tab we only wish to share it with specific email addresses. Thanks for your help! Great product!

The application says that it will expire on June 25. Before installing, the in Google Apps Marketplace it indicated that it's free for 3 users. Is this not true?
Google IDP Authorization and Google Apps
How does the Google IDP Authorization work with Google Apps? We are using our own domain for Google Apps. Clicking on the "Sign In Using Google" link takes you to a page where you can only sign in with an "@gmail" account. I don't see any option to sign in with a Google account with a custom domain. Date, Date-Time, but how about Time?
I do remember there was a response here to a time only field like "it's on our road-map". I want to emphasize the importance of this right now: In a form using the current Date-Time input feature, I find the implementation frustrating because: 1. It's in military time, and most western nations are more familiar to AM/PM notation 2. I don't need seconds, or at least I'd like to have to option not to display seconds 3. In some cases (browsers) the java app does not appear and manual entry is cumbersome
Time Format
Is there a way to change the time format to display in 12 hour - am, pm rather than the 24 hour format?
Drop-down type fields are not displayed in the "select field" list in the lookup field "advanced display options" (new feature)

Calendar view, and grid view .. any way to change "all records" from appearing first ?

I have made a calendar view, that allows potential students to look up via city_state , to see what available in their area.. Here is what I would like as an outcome.. I have a course booking system using a form made in Creator we have a number of different day courses with various start dates and times . I want to use schedules to: 1. Send out a email response to thank you for each booking this would tell them which course/s they have booked on 2. Workaround for 10 character limit on calendar view
Hey guys: Has anyone got a work around for the 10 character limit on the information in the calendar view? It would be really great if the full contents of the field was allowed to flow (wrap) instead of limiting the characters to 10. Any thoughts from any users or support? I've been a free user of Zoho Creator for a couple of years but last week I upgraded to a paid account ($25/mth). Since upgrading I have had to submit a couple of support requests but have found the response time to be very slow - a couple of days. Customer service and paying with paypal
I would like to pay for an upgraded Creator account with Paypal. I have called and emailed Zoho for a couple of days to request directions (as stated in the FAQ and in the forums), but I haven't heard anything back. Now I'm worried about customer service if they can't tell me how to give them my money, what is customer service like if they already have your money and you have a problem? Has anybody had good/bad experiences with customer service? Has anybody paid with Paypal?

Cannot modify one of my criteria fields
Hello, I have encountered this issue 2nd time already. First time, support was able to solve for me, but it happened again. Wonder if you have the same issue? I have an application with a number of views set up. When I change to edit mode and go to "Set Criteria" under "Records" heading, I find that I can not update the value of the criteria I set up previously. Is this a system bug or did I do something not right?

Question regarding First & Last name formula
I am learning Zoho Creator, In creating a form, I have separate fields for First and Last name. I set up a formula to combine them in a view. It works...almost. In the view, my field that contains the formula displays the first and last name combined but there is no space separating the first and last name. Any help on how to have a space between them? So, instead of the result being "FirstName" it would read "First Name".

Missing records -- delete log for my database
Hello Zoho, We have a situation where we have had several records "disappear" out of a database that we use to completely track and manage a project. Understandably, this has alarmed our project manager. I have looked at the data itself to search for the records without using criteria-based views, just in case a data field got changed accidentally.
