I am new to databases. The database I want to build may not get bigger than 1000 records, so I may be able to use the free service as long as it is offered with its current parameters. I have been playing with setting up a form and find it very user-friendly. My concern is that if my database does, over time, grow to more than 1000 records, then it will not be a good idea for me to pay monthly to accommodate it. Cannot delete field from form
I am trying to delete a field from a form and keep getting a pop-up error message "Delete operation faild. Please try after some time or refresh the page and try again." I've been trying since yesterday. It seems from similar posts in this forum that this issue occurs from time to time and only the Zoho Support team can resolve it, so already granted Edit Access. Help needed for license ordering application
I am working on a public-facing license ordering application but I am having some difficulty with a couple of aspects. The basic/core requirements are as follows: We sell educational resources to schools. The resources are digital files and schools purchase licenses from us which enable them to download the files and use them. (File distribution is not a concern here.) Login issue when embedding in my own website

Selecting a text Field
Hi All, I validate a field on 'user input'. When i am using the keyboard to fill the form, on pressing the tab from the text field "executes the validation script". At this point, my cursor moves to the next field. This is fine when the validation is fine. If the validation fails, i want the cursor to stay back in that particular field, with the text selected. Formula scripting changes automatically - How to correct this issue?
Hey guys I'm having an issue here and it's not with my math (I'm pretty sure...). Fields missing from Report creator
I have set up a couple of applications with forms and views, and now want to produce reports. BUT, the key field is not appearing in the list of fields which are used to create the rows/pivots. The other fields are all there. I've checked the properties and can't work out why this one is not appearing. Can anyone help?
Data Entry Form With Log In
I have a form for data entry. I would like my users (over 250) with google app accounts to be able to authenticate and enter data into the form. This would be a yearly thing were they should be able to see last years entry and make any changes or updates. These users would have no reason to use zoho for any other reason. I have Zoho with it using my Google apps account for authentication. We have the academic (enterprise) version of Google apps. How can I best have the users log in and access this?

CRM iphone App Trouble
Hi, I use this app in the field to set events for appointments as calls come in. That works fine, But I am unable to view events in the calender( says no events even though I know they're there) and the Event selection has options for Today and This week but not Tomorrow. The results come up in a scattered fashion so I am unable just to view scheduled evens to see whats available for the next day. Could you guys please correct this. I have a view that can be viewed, but cannot be edited. I get an error "[ServletException in:/jsp/edit/view/viewedit.jsp] null'". I was attempting to create a custom criteria on a view to limit records to "This week" and another one for "last week". On saving the script I noted that it replaced a criteria formula with null. The original view is still accessible and usable, but I cannot edit the view. It always give this error message. Tried a few different back doors to edit the view criteria to

Making changes to multiple items at the same time
I would like to be able to select multipel items via the check boxes and then make a single change that applies to all items. For example, I would like the ability to select multiple 'tasks' by selecting their check boxes and then change the items from 'open' to 'closed'. Or change a bunch of 'due dates' all at once rather than one at a time.

Hello all, I ran into an issue this week with Creator. When running Dashboards HTML's with graphs and charts, I found that the dashboards would not generate in http:// mode and partially work in https:// mode. When running the app in "pre" creator, the problem goes away. I have run into various situations where the only way to operate Creator is to run it in PreCreator mode. How do I tap into my users?
I have an entity in my app to which I want to assign an owner to each record. Instead of creating a separate Contacts entity and managing the users there and linking that through a lookup, I'd rather just assign from the users already defined for access to my app. How do I basically do a Lookup field that references the zoho user base for the app? Zoho creator intermitent form submission error
I have a form that I have created for perspective employees to fill out. 60% of the time, I have no problem with submissions. However, the rest of the time, people are reporting a pop up submission error when they submit the form. I have not been able to replicate the error myself, but I am loosing applicants as they are getting frustrated. I asked this earlier, but it appears that the question has disappeared. How long does it usually take to have private access approved for public access? Hours, Days, Weeks? If I can't get this approved by tomorrow, I'll have to use a different provider and I'd like to use Zoho! Thanks
