One 2nd user/Free Acct... or One 2nd user/Free App? Free to enter data or just to view data?
1 - With a free account you get two users and three apps... right? 2 - Is that the account owner plus two users? 3 - Or is it the account owner plus one user? 4 - In addition to the account owner can there be... a different user (or two) assigned to each App? 5 - And, does each "user" have to have a Zoho Account? I was hoping to setup the 3-free apps and then have a different user for each App... in other words... John could add or edit records in App A Mary could add or edit records in App
Help...Date, If Statement w/formula
What i need to do is change a formula for selected individuals but that formula change has to do in affect at a certain date to now on. I have the formula the way i want im just not to sure how to add in the date part. This is what i have so far: if((input.Consultant_Name == "Roy Fields")) { input.Service_Fee = ((input.Bill_Rate - input.Pay_Rate) * input.Hours_Worked * 0.3); } And the date that i need to go into affect is April 5, 2010...Im just not to sure how to add that in.

Searching Options
Is there a way to search on more than one term in a field? For example, I've applied multiple tags (e.g., "format", "google", "citation") to some records, but as far as I can tell I can only search on a single tag at a time.
Navigation in Forms view
On the Creator application, I keep hoping to see the ability to navigate through existing data and edit the data within the FORMS view, including normal database navigation keys (previous, next, go to top, go to end, go to record)
Data recovery in paid service
Hello, We have accidentally created a major problem with one of our Creator databases/applications. We changed and removed some of the choices within a checkboxes field in the application not realizing that it would severely alter the data in the existing records. We now have several hundred records with incorrect data and have no way of reversing the affect. We thought auto-backups were being created, only to realize after the fact that no backup exists. We are desperate to get this data back. Please

Problem storing telephone numbers
Just trying to upload all my contacts. Everything worked fine except for a number field (business number), which is set up the same as another number field (mobile number) with which I have no problems. The business number field has imported all my data but left off the first character and removed a space between area code and the number. When I try to edit the values I get this error message: - java.lang.Long cannot be cast to java.lang.String Anyone got any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I've got

Blank page when trying to edit forms
I'm trying to change the name and add forms to my database, but when I edit forms I get a blank screen. The form fields are visible on the left side, but I can not edit my headings. Any support on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Barry
Applicanion view is not private
hi! I have a problem regarding my application. It is a register form and contains private information of my site members. When I'm logged in I can see the application view(the informations my members entered in the form) .. If I copy the link from the browsers adress bar, then log out of my account and paste it in the browser... all information can still be seen. The form is set to public but the view shouldn't be private (only seen by me) ? till now I have saved the information locally on my pc

When I'm clicking on "request a public acces" in my form settings, its writed "error on this page", so I'm not able to give a public acces to my form on my website. Is this because I'm using a free account?

Adding Data through Email deluge
I want to be able to foward my emails from my answering service into my customer service database. I have it set up with the subject and the content but the emails from the the answering service just will not go in. Others I test will. Why are they not going in. Is there some kind of number of letter restrictions or format issues or what?

Hi, I have a small problem with a survey I created. My survey consists of 6 different forms which at the end should be one survey. Therefore I use the "submit" button as a link to the next form. This works but the next form appears somewhere in the middle and not at the top. This can be a bit confusing for the respondants. Therefore my questions. is it possible that the new form appears at the top or is there another way to link several forms together. Thanks for your help in advance. Thomas

I want my calendare to be based on date from multiple fields in my form. Another words I want it to be based on more than one field. How can i do this? I'm thinking it is in "view definitions and has to do with the following: options ( show calendar based on Seminar_Date1 ) Of course when i add more fields into the function i get errors. Embedding a form on SSL secure site- iframe element isn't secure
When I embed a form in an iframe on my site- with external SSL certificate, on some Internet Explorer machines it indicates that some elements on the page are not secure- the element they are referring to is the iframe with the embedded form. My hosting service tech and I went through all the html code we could find, looking for references inside the form that referred to the unsecure (http:) site so we could manually change them to https: -but that didn't work. Impossible to export any view to PDF?
Hi all, I've looked into quite a few similar topics on this forum, some of them a little old, but found that most of the time the question was ignored by the support team altogether...? I am simply trying to export some list or summary views to PDF format. When I click on the 'Download' button, however, all I get is a blank page. Export seems to work for other formats though. problems with questionnaire
HI! I'm using a Zoho creator questionnaire for a graduation project where people have to give feedback on and upload their training sessions for the Amsterdam marathon. However, some subjects complain about not being able to upload their training sessions. After filling out all the required field the 'please wait'-text appears but than nothing happens, I'm not receiving the sessions either. Could it have anything to do with the verificationcode? Restriction of fields for editing in view
For a form that has several fields, I want to create a view that has only a few fields that can be edited by the user, but when I click 'edit', the system is displaying all the fields. Is there an alternative? That is, I want to select which fields can access a view. Tks
Bug: Cannot remove restrictions from Single Line text fields
There are 3 single line text boxes on my form which are currently REQUIRED to be filled in before a user can submit the form. I keep trying to remove this restriction but every time I edit the fields and then click "Access this application", they just go back to being restricted. Please help me fix this. Thanks!
Is there a way where you can use a single line field to look up a list of employees from a lookup field and only choose from that list?
Thanks in advance! I have an Employee Name dropdown field with over 100 entries. I am looking for a way where there would be a single line box where if user ABC starts to type AB, it will pull a list from a view that begins with ABC. I am trying to avoid a long list to choose from in a dropdown. Right now my dropdown is configured as a lookup to its view list of employees. Thanks, Chris
Google Login Disappeared
Hi, The google login button has disappeared from Zoho creator. The only way I can get into my account is to log in via zoho wiki and then open creator. I have tried IE8, Firefox 3.6.8 and Chrome 5.0.375.125 beta. See attached screen shot. Can you explain?

Make my form public
Why cant i make the form i made public? It will only allow me access to private. All i get is an error on page. Can you help?
