Inactivate rather than delete?
Is there a way to just inactivate rather than delete records? I don't want to permit users the ability to delete - rather just inactivate. That way we don't lose anything potentially important by accident.
Zoho Creator - Can a Paypal "Buy Now Button" be inserted beside each record in View
I am creating a lead generation database that is then embedded into a website. The leads are entered on one page through an embedded form and then displayed on a separate webpage through an embedded view. I'd like to insert a Paypal "Buy Now" button beside each record (I have already created this button through Paypal). Is it possible to do this and if so how? Thanks in anticipation of your help

Send mail when no change to field after x days
is it possible to set up a script that will send an email when a given field has not changed after a set number of days. my application collects job applicant information for hiring purposes. one of the fields is for the hire status... "new", "hired", "not hired" the default is "new" i would like to receive a notification after 10 days that the status has not been changed. is this possible?
The application Accept button is broken in Chrome
Unable to use the "Accept" button from a developer's shared model in Chrome. The button had no activity at all. I had to switch to Firefox to accept the application.

Error migrating Access DB to Zoho Creator - upload bar stuck at 3/4 complete
I'm using the migration tool to get an Access DB into Creator. The Access DB is small, no data. When I upload the progress bar goes to 3/4 and stays there. No error message, no progress. I tested to see if it was workstation related, but isn't as I'm able to get it into Zoho Reports without problem, event hough can't get it to upload to Zoho Creator. I'm using the tool version 1.0.3722.34993 downloaded from the website today.
Need help with sorting
I entering lots of time entries in the "Courses View" portion of the site and am finding it difficult to reorder the entries. The sort function is not really working, in the sense that the new order is not reflected on the main page. Does anyone have a suggestion. It would be nice if you could change the order by assigning numberic values to the time entries in "Courses View" (like the way you can reorder your queue on netlflix, for example).

Unable to insert image into HTML editor.
I'm using Google Chrome 4 and for some reason I can neither paste an image from my clipboard nor import an image from my desktop into the HTML editor. It just won't stick. It launches an intermediate form indicating that for security reasons it cannot access my clipboard. Unfortunately, the intermediate form does not work either.
Firefox vs. IE and embeded iframe

Creator reports
On reports in Creator, i can export the Report chart, is there a way to export or print the underlying data when I click on it? Also when viewing the underlying data it shows up in a very small window. When I click to maximize the data still only shows in a small window and wont maximize with it.

please give 'view' pages more functionality and make them more interactive. currently a 'view' page displays specific information about the specific records chosen by the user. the user gets to select the specific information to display on a 'view' page by selecting columns in the 'column display/rearrange' selection box. however, if the user wants additional information regarding a specific record, the user currently has to either add a column to the page or click on a different tab and then search
simple user login question
I have free account and an application in creator I have 2 forms and embedded in my web page. Forms are public, data is private. I can log in to see data. But I'd like to set up one additional user who can view and download the data, but not monkey with the form - a user, not an admin. 2 users appear to be alowed. I have added one user's email as a shared user. But how do I assign a password to this user so he can log in to access the form? The form is at http://www.ctgbc.org/awards_datalogin.htm

My form "Trial" worked for weeks as is up until 12:30 US Pacific time when it is now giving me an on submit error but doesn't designate what the error is (simply says "error occurred"). Any idea?

HTML in a Formula Field
I want to include HTML in a Formula Field that includes quote marks (<p align="center">) and the quote marks seem to confuse the formula interpreter. Is there a delimiter for " such as /" or some other way to inject this kind of HTML?
open view / form as a floating window
I am looking for a way to open a form or a view in a limited floating window. In a view the 'edit' link does that automatically, but I am trying to get that functionality on demand.
Deluge Scripting Suggestion
The ability to combine scripting with HTML in an HTML View is a powerful feature, but the code can get complicated, especially one adding if-then-else scripts. Just where does the "}%>" go. One way to assist in this type of construction is the use of indentation, but the system scrambles my attempts to line stuff up. Can anything be done? Thanks Bruce
Creator very slow today.
I am a UK based user and have been struggling with very slow loading and submit times, both in Normal and Edit modes. e.g. +1 minute to save a line of new code in editor.... This is affecting both my personal workspace and that at least another 3 clients that I have tested this morning. Anyone else experiencing this? Am running Firefox 3.6, but its the same in Chrome and IE. Thanks Mark

Embedded Report
I have a nice report imported from Zoho reports: The scroll bar does not behave in the normal manner; that is, it doesn't scroll through the whole report unless I first scroll to the end using the "Scroll Down" button. Report Filter with Checkbox not Working
I am creating a report and have used a checkbox filter to show only those records that are checked. Unfortunately, the filter is not working as the report still shows all of the records, and not the filtered ones. Either it is a bug, or I have some setting incorrect.
Need to change sorting property on Select Field when importing from a lookup
The Select Field when importing data from a lookup is not sorted alphabetically, making it very difficult to find the right form and field when it is a large database. The sort does not seem to be based on alphabet or date/time entered - it just seems random.
Autonumbering of records feature
When do you expect the Autonumber feature to be ready? While I understand your system has a unique ID number for each item, it is unwieldy and does not start from zero on each form. Rather, it appears to be Creator-wide.
Views and Joins

Is there a way to insert a URL in a dropdown?
We are currently using the URL function to display a list of our store locations. Each URL directs the user to a report for their specific location. Is there a way to have a dropdown, and the user select an item in the dropdown to open a URL in a new browser window? I tried using a simple <a /> for a selection of the dropdown, but it does nothing. Thanks for any help.
