I want my form to hold the data entered by the user when they submit, so they can make multiple entries without having to re-enter every line. I would also need to have a "clear form button" so someone could start clean. Is this possible?

Add check box for mandatory actions to Technician forms
I would like to add a mandatory check box to the technician form for service requests so that the technician must acknowledge that they have completed certain actions. For example, when resetting a password, our process requires the technician to ensure the account has also been unlocked. A mandatory check box would prevent the request from being closed off if the technician has not checked that box. They would therefore be reminded of a required step in the process.
Need button for Add New to reference form for picklist that is based on a lookup
I have a picklist based on lookup to another table. If the value I need is not in the picklist then I have to close the form, open the other, add it and then return to where I was. Is there a way to putt a little button that says Add New and automatically reference it t the form where the lookup points?

I have an application I wish to offer to the marketplace. Is there a way to also publish updates to the application later on so that existing users can stay current? Otherwise, existing users we be on an old code base and will not be able to get the latest enhancements. Having to export and reimport data would be a nightmare.

So I was able to figure out how one picklist can effect second picklist. My question is, how can one pick list (lookup field) affect the values in the next two fields. I’m would like to have a tickets sign up page that gives the option for sign up for one of two teams. Send Emails from Checkbox Field
I have a Checkbox field that has names in it( Bob, Larry, Tom, Neil, etc.) I would like to set it up so that on submit, each of those individuals that are checked gets sent an email. i know that i can do a if...contains and make it send an email, but there are too many choices and it si too repetitive i have tried to understand how to create a list from that info and perform a "for each list item", but have had no luck, HELP!!

Form 1 has a multiselect field which is referenced in Form 2. But on a Form 2 list, that field is only showing the last (not all) selections made for that field.

I am creating a series of forms that I plan to have my users step through after completing each form using a Next Button at the bottom of each form. Unable to access shared application - Inactivated
I have this application shared with users. Problem is that when they try to access it, it says 'You are not authorised to access this form in Zoho Creator. The owner of the application has InActivated.' This was working last week no problems. I need them to access this database urgently.
