zoho creator business model.....and some questions.
I am a little bit confused as to what exactly is the best business model for using creator. I understand that ultimately, its up to us to find the best ways to make money with it BUT, I find there are some general bottlenecks in my mind. I might be confused, but that is exactly why I came here asking: 1-Every pricing package, comes with a certain amount of "records" that your applications can have. Set email notification not working

Account Settings -> Manage Users -> Add New User Can you specify/restrict which applications the User can view? I embedded a zoho form to a site (application set to private) and I added a user, to my account settings. But the user cant login when he goes to this form only the admin can view it. How can I fix this?

Want to be able to FREEZE column header row in Creator list view
Users in my organization are frequently annoyed by the inability to see the column header names when they scroll down and across the many records in a list view in Creator. Reducing the number of records per page is NOT the answer we want. When you have many records to review it's preferable to load up to 200 per page, but the inability to see the column headers is a sorely missing feature. Could Zoho add the ability to freeze the column header row in Creator list view? Many thanks. Greg Malone
All public view/form permas URLs just refreshed!
Client calls me and tells me that his public facing application is asking for sign in! ALL of the public views and form URL's had refreshed there public URL string! All of them! What is that all about? This is not supposed to happen is it? Note: I am aware that child forms/views do not inherit the public parent perma views share status.. ALL of my embeds where set to public and ALL of them where changed NOT in my code but in the form/views "settings".
Remove Header from the Entire App
Greetings and thanks again for a great app... I want to use the actual zoho screens and website for my app rather than embedding in another website. So... 1) Is it possible to remove the header at the top of the app so that the Go To and Feedback and Log Out options are not there? 2) I have read some of the info about embedding my own logo...if I do that will that replace the zoho logo at the top left of the app? 3) If I can't accomplish these tasks, is it possible to embed the entire app in an iframe
redirect webpage when finished with form
Can anyone tell me if there is a way to specify a url that the zoho form would go to when the users are finished filling in the form. We people are done filling in the form and click submit, we want them to be redirected to our homepage. Thanks!
Is it possible to double-sort records in a For-each loop?
I have numerous records that define certain workshops. Each workshop has a "category" field. In an HTML View I am using a For-each loop to list the workshops. In the For-each loop I am using "sort by Category", and it works. However, I *also* want to sort the records inside each category alphabetically. Currently the records being displayed are grouped by category (which is correct), but inside each category the records are in a non-alphabetical order, which is distracting and difficult to

I'm trying to develop a simple voting application where users can add their own questions dynamically (I've got that figured out in an html view an it updates the choices nicely). Search in Creator
I would really like to know how to create search boxes for a database. I am creating a database where people will create a username and password to access. Restore problems
Today, August the 27th, I went to my Restore in progres menu and I saw that: app-coin Started 2009-07-23 02:18:21.0 It's started one month ago!!!!! Please Wait msg not closing
I have a form that allows the user to upload 4 different files (Word, Excel, PDF, GPX). The user selects the file to upload and clicks on Update. The Please Wait message shows and never closes. If the user clicks on Close in the upper right the edit screen closes revealing the original View. The Please Wait msg is still showing. HTML View code window is suddenly BLANK, but preview still shows output!
Zoho Creator Support.... please help! I was working on an HTML view and all was well. Then I got an error message about "Kindness" -- sorry I didn't note the entire error message because I didn't realize how serious it was. From that point forward I am not able to view my code in HTML view, either in Script Builder or Free Flow. But if I click on Preview, it previews correctly, suggesting to me that the code is there, but not being displayed for some reason. New Problem
So everything before this weekend was working great with my app. Its a timeclock application, and this is the error i get now when i try to clock in or out: Error details: Error occured while executing on click script. View Print Error
When printing a view in Creator the first line of the second screen displays correctly but does not print - it is completely ignored (neither appears on paper nor do values accumulate as requested). Example : if 20 rows are displayed row # 21 appears on display screen but not on printed report. I have not tested for >2 pages of printed output. Zoho newbie
Record shows on zoho view but not when embedded
I have a rogue record that shows up in the view when in zoho but not when I've embedded the view in a webpage. I've double checked to make sure that the correct view was being embedded but there's still this one record that won't appear. I've tried exporting and re-importing the data to no avail. I've also manually entered the information. The record will appear in the zoho view but still not in the webpage. I've gotten it to appear once but it was not shown correctly. Backup restore not working
I have just attempted to restore a backup to a new application in order to test some application changes I wish to make and am now experiencing problems accessing the original application. I performed a backup which completed OK but the restore that I requested has not completed and I am now getting "Unable to fetch data" error messages when accessing the original application ( Herringham ) that I backed up. Can someone investigate as a matter of urgency please.

Mobile Form and Japanese
I am making a public form for a school I work for and on the PC side works great. The mobile side I'm having issues I can't solve. When the customer inputs Japanese and submits, I get ??? in my email and on the Zoho view(which is private) All the feilds come displaying Japanese in the mail but it's just the user input.
