Restricting Values in a Picklist
I've created a form which stores Client information and each Client is flagged as being Active or Inavtive - this form is called [Clients]. I've also created a form for recording tasks against a Client; this form is called [Tasks]. On the [Tasks] form there's a field called {Clients} which looks-up Clients from the form [Clients] I want to restrict the look-up to only show Clients that are flagged as ACTIVE. I've reviewed the various examples and help on the ZOHO website, but I'm not sure where the

View based on the criteria in a lookup field
I have a christian directory website where I have listed churches with different denominations. I want to create a form where people can search churches for one particular denomination. I created several views based on the criteria (denomination), but doing it this way I will need to create many different views manually, so instead, I want to know how to do it based on the data entered in the form. with the lookup field. Using Lookup to point to another record in the same table
I have an Employees table with a and a field called Supervisor field on it. Since the Supervisor is just different employee record, I want to be able to use the Lookup feature, but when I drag over Lookup, it only shows me the other tables in the same database, not the Employees table. Hi, This is I suppose a feature request and a question at the same time. Via the 'Script' tab, I can access 3 separate sections of the underlying Application Deluge Script - Forms, Views and Functions. This is great when I want to, say, hand-edit one of these sections. But, what I would really like to be able to do is hand-edit the entire Application script - is there a way to access the full script via a dedicated edit window (such as those that are available for Forms, Views and Functions). So I have 3 fields that are all tied together to generate a total $ amount due. Orginization type, NumChairs, and NumTables. Update Records freezing in Creator

Disabling Submit/ reset button
In my application I am using a form in which a decision check box is used to trigger 'send mail'. This mail is actually a report between a 'From Date" and 'To Date' , which are two fields in this form. However, I do not need to store these 'From Date' and 'To Date' data once mail is sent, that's why I would like to disable submit/ reset buttons. Is it possible? arghya

Hello, i created a form where users can upload files. i also created created an email to be sent on success, i get the email test email fine, but the uploaded files are not included. i see the names, and they are in the view from. Hi I wondered if anyone can help me with the issue of creating a routing plan (automatic updated via the status of a dropdown) I have a system where I have different flows with at certain routing plans. Import Error
Please help. I'm trying to import data into a form but it keeps giving me an error saying, Error Occurred. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again after some time or refresh the page and try again. I've made sure that the label names in the view and in the xls file I am importing from match. I've unhidden all fields that I had to make sure it wasn't any of those giving me an issue. I'm hoping to finish this application by Friday but without the import capability, it is practically impossible
