Stability problems with ZohoCreator!
I spent more than 2 days building a fairly elaborate ZohoCreator application. This ap and its two back up copies worked fine until today. Now, besides very slow and unreliable access to the application itself, now I can't edit it at all. Then, later on this morning it started working again. I could edit my application, and everything worked like it did yesterday. Now the thing is totally broken again. Minor Request
This is very low priority, and if it impacted performance it wouldn't be worth it. But, it would be neat, if Creator could control right-click functionality (in edit mode) as Sheet does. From there we could use the menu that's also available by clicking to the left of a field, but just as a conveniance. robert.colburn

Hidden columns in list mode and embedding
Hi everyone, I'm really enjoying Zoho Creator.. It's a lot faster to use this than it is to code a custom MySql/PHP app every time I need a quick and dirty database application. I am currently using creator to keep track of people being interviewed for a non-profit I volunteer for. International chars in Note field.
Fantastic forms program - Very good work. There is a little problem when entering international chars in the [Add notes] field. When entering chars in the Windows, at first every thing looks fine on screen, but the first time the form is refreshed all the international chars is corrupted. We normaly use the chars: Æ Ø Å in Denmark, and this is converted to à à Ã, and the -¤- is konverted to -Ã-, and every time the form is refreshed the corrupted chars is replicated several times. Checkbox on Email Notification
I developed a simple form that includes dropdown box, radio button, and checkbox fields. The form includes email notification upon submittal to include the user submitted data. Dropdown boxes and radio buttons work fine, but checkboxes return null values in the email even though checked prior to submitting data. Zoho Creator has issues
When adding notes to a form, Zoho Creator goes off into nowhere land and this seems to be a recurring issue. it just says Pleass wait . . . and never comes back. I have a very fast connection to the Internet and other websites work fine. Just wondering why this doesnt. computerfriend

Validate with Notes After Submit
I would like to make a form that someone could fill out and show under each field (as a note) what is incorrect, only when they click submit. In other words, "Validate" the form using notes instead of an alert at the end of the form. Currently, when there is more than one error, only the first error is shown as an alert until it is corrected and re-submitted. Hi all, I have been playing with zoho creator and some of the other applications in the ZHO suite, really wonderful and useable stuff, congratulations. I have a couple of remarks: 1) When in a field, you don't seem to be able to use the "backspace" button to edit what you just typed, even the arrows don't seem to move the cursor. 2) You can't "TAB" from one field to the next. (both of these things work fine in this form for example) 3) Whenever I try to export data from a form to excel, i get error

How To Create a NULL Date Field
I am working on an application that will help me manage my computer equipment - I have the inventory working fine and I decided to create a form that will help me manage trouble tickets. I think your product has so much potential and is a great idea. However, it is surprisingly difficult to use at times! I can't seem to use the Add Notes field. The Field Name is uneditable from "plain" (i.e. reverts back to "plain" after changing it) and doesn't even appear until I click edit this field. Hi, Imagine simple exchange office application. Two databases an "exchange rate sheet" and the "transaction sheet". Transaction is looking for the exchange rate and calculates the transaction value. We are entering records, and when we hit SUBMIT, the acknowledgement (added successfully) pops up, but we are still only displaying 199 records. What am I doing wrong? The entries are being made by users not logged in, if that matters. But it still says "added successfully".
Totalling Entries?
Hello, I have been a long time zoho creator user and am wondering if totalling entries up is possible. Ex: Each time a user fills out the form, they put in their unique ID. This creates multiple entries from the same ID. Is it possible to make a view which in the end, shows the total occurences instead of listing each entry. cannot create custom filter
I've created a bunch of custom filters for one of my views. But I can no longer create any more. When I try to create a custom filter, no fields show up to input criteria. Also, I hit "Save" but nothing happens. Another problem is that the custom filters seem to always be "Match Any". Even though I set it to "Match All". Thanks, -Jeff ruttjk

First of all, congratulations for this product. You are defining new frontiers . I have started "playing around" the application. Here are a few suggestions you make take under consideration. 1) New types of field in forms Field containing url links Field containing images ( Ex : product thumbnails ) 2) Email notifications : html capabilities 3) The ability to dynamically link zoho spreadsheets to Zoho creator ( including live spreadsheets ) Again Kudos for this great application.

Awful User Experience
I have wasted hours and hours over the past two days with your awful service. Initally, it looked quite promising for a simple, single form application. After it was all set up, disaster. A simple script stopped working (it worked yesterday) and all hell broke loose. Data items couldn't be deleted or accessed. I started over with a new application. Every time I tried to put in a lookup field, the application began spitting servlet errors. I couldn't even get access to the script any longer. Everyone
