\'success message\' not displayed
Hello, I have created a form that users can add information to (this is for people to RSVP their attendance at a function). In the "More Actions" tab (within the Form tab), I have selected the option to display a "success message" that says "Information Added Successfully". However, upon hitting the 'Submit' button, there is no such message displayed. Suggestions? Thanks Jeff jemoore
Use input.ID in script
I want to use Creator for course administration. I intend to publish a form where you could sign up for courses. I wish to limit the number of participants, so when the course is full an attempt to register should return an alert saying "Sorry, this course..." I tried to use the ID field for this, saying in the script for validation at submit that a value for this field higher than for example 10 should result in anlert and result in a cancellation. if (inpit.ID > 10) and so on. Accessing values in multiple select fields
I cannot seem to access all the values in multiselect field within a script. I wish to put all values in a input.multiselectfield into a email message on submit. I tried the method in the documentation but script builder does not recognize my field as a field with multiple values that I can iterate through. If I use the field directly I only get the first value. If this is unclear I will try to explain better. Chick Foxgrover

Server-based Login?
I am making a simple server application that creates a Simile Timeline using a Zoho-created JSON file. I want to get the JSON from a private application. Is there any way to pass the username/password through? I have tried all variations of SharedBy=myusername but it doesn't seem to work. I don't want to make it public. The webpage will only be accessible within an intranet.

Filter Nulls?
For a single line text item I am trying to filter out empty fields in my view. For the "Set Filter" dialog box is there a way to do this? Is there an operator for "null" I could put in there or in the script? Thanks!

Returning to the same page after edting a row in a list view
In a list view with many pages, editing a row then returns the view back to its first page. Please change this so that the view does not do this, but rather stays on the same page. Keep up the good work! :) rbygscrsepda

Filtered pick lists
I would like to designate certain pick lists to be automatically filtered based on a selection in a previous pick list. For example, once I pick a specific supplier from my 'supplier' pick list, I then want the 'contacts' pick list to only show those contacts that I've already assigned to that particular supplier to be available for selection rather than all contacts for all suppliers. Importing data does not allow more than 10 fields
Importing CSV data seems to only allow the first ten fields to be created, apparently discarding the rest of the data. It seems unlikely that this is intended, because I can make a form with more than ten fields from scratch. rbygscrsepda

i would like the ability to embed my active database into an html website - that doesn't allow users to edit the database - only search, sort, and view the database as it is updated etc..

Unless I've missed something ... I can't edit a record once I have entered it! This is particularly annoying if you accidentally press the Enter key instead of Tab when entering the fields - you have to start over and then delete the original record! Brilliant program apart from that though! :-) richard
TextArea restricting cols attribute
When a define a form with a new text area and change the default columns from 47 to say 25, when I view the form or embed it into another page, the cols attribute for the text area still has cols="47". The text area shows up fine in the edit portion of the application after changing the value. Am I missing something? zoho
BUG
When I embed into my website it will only show the top row and half the next row in my site. No, there are no tags/tables etc restricting the height. I've re-uploading/Refreshing etc etc... but it doesn't work. admin

We should have a different "success message" when we create a new record, when we update a record and when we delete one.
Duplicate button and formula field

TypeError: xml has no properties
I setup a validation to make sure if one field is added to a second field the third field matches. The code was saved and everything looked great. When I went back into the script builder I received an error code at the bottom "TypeError: xml has no properties" and a "Loading..." box in the middle of the screen that never goes away. It's locked up. How do I fix this?
Lookup problem

Field types radio, check box, multi select etc. don't work
It seems that when I try to add a new field in zoho creator, it fails if it is anything that allows multiple choices, or that lists alternatives. (check box, radio button etc.) I get the message "please wait" and eventually another message pops up: "error occurred. we are sorry for the inconvenience. please try after some time or refresh the page and try again" This seems to happen no matter what options or data I add to the field definition. Missong lookup field

Maddening bugs with Lookup!!!
This could be such a great application if it would be working properly!!! I have just spent a few hours creating a contact tracking application with lookups and now these lookups dont show anymore in the application. Even when I reinsert them only half are in the application. This could be great but right now it is unusable as one never knows whether you are wasting your time or not chofer
Location of Text in Applications Fields
Is there anyway to identify the exact location of an entry in a Creator database? I'm asking because I'm wondering if it would be possible to load text from one of the fields into a Flash document as dynamic text? mgetty

I realise you guys are busy... My opinion; Considering Creator appeals to non-programming types like myself, I'd love to see some more video tutorials. Some common case scenarios.
