Hello, I I'd like to remove or add some columns in the general modul Leads. How can I do that? I'v already tried to customise the "Search Module", selecting wich information I wanted to, but it doesn't work. Thanks a lot for your help. Candice

Data entry avoid duplicates
Hi, There were many requests from ZOHO users like me to prevent duplicates in lead or account modules. I am using the company registration number as a unique key per record. I would like to avoid my team adding duplicate leads into the system and use the customed field "company registration number". What do you suggest me to do? ;-) Cheers, Fred

When I am in a Lead I can see my tasks on the right hand side bar so they are quick to view. (it also puts them down at the bottom of the page under 'open activities' When I am in a Contact it does not put it in the side bar only at the bottom under 'open activies' How can I make it so that I can see them on the side bar under Accounts and Contacts

Create a custom view for leads
I have created a custom view for leads and added the field lead owner. Because I am the administrator I see all leads of all lead owners. When my sales people use the custom view, all they see is their own leads. What is the best way to create a view that allows all lead owners/users to see all leads?
New lead screen is different than the custom lead module I set up.
My customer lead module is set up the way I want it, but the lead view screen is different. It combines the first and last name into one field and it throws the formatting off. Anyone know how to fix this?
Embed field data to Subject field.
Greetings, I am trying to set up the follow: I have a contact record open. On the right hand column I click on "Send Mail". Mail form pops up. Most header fields are populated (except Subject:) I would like to capture and embed the "Account Number" into the beginning of subject line of the email form. NOTE: the are 2 fields "Acct ID" and "Account Number". Example: SUBJECT: ENG-1002 - Leaving the space after the dash for me to add to the subject title. Hopefully this is possible.... Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to categorize my leads/contacts into sub groups? For example, I have my leads under the leads tab - is there a way to make a 'sub' tab under LEADS that would allow me to keep my contacts under the LEAD tab but within a sub tab?

Hello, I have customized the field "origin of prospect" to add new values to the field, but when I create a new contact and I try to give it one of the new customized status for "origin of prospect", the scrolling list does not propose the customized status previoulsy created, as if they were "forgotten" ?! zoho.crm.getRecords has stopped working
I run custom scripts on our CRM database using the zoho.crm.getRecords function, carrying out mass update operations on some of the modules. It worked OK, aside from the fact that only 300-400 records could be processed at a time. This way I could update thousands of records in several modules. Then, all of a sudden, the response from the very same script is: Execution Failed Error occured please contact application owner. I removed everything from the script, all left is this test line: module_records

Email form submit and reset button cut off on mobile...
Hi! I have integrated the email form for Joomla! so that when people email thorugh the website, it goes directly into CRM. I just looked on an iPhone, and the submit and send button are off the right side, showing only about a quarter of the submit button, and doesn't show the reset button. How can this be fixed? I can configure the email account from super-admin account in crm but unfortunately I m able to configure from the user account. ....Is it possible to create a workflow custom function that pulls info from a potential and creates a new record in a custom module when a potential is 'closed won'? Bug fix required --> missing subject in automated emails
Hello, an urgent bug fix is required: Emails that are triggered by an alert have NO SUBJECT (empty subject field, despite properly set up in templat), when reaching recipients that are chosen from email recipient lists. HOWEVER, the same email DOES have a subject (as it should) when reaching recipients that are manually entered in " Additional recipients" field. Please fix and let me know, when solved. How to Link a Custom FIeld in one module with a Parent Module
Hi, I am trying to assign a look up value in a Field of Custom Module. It only lets me choose the account name and doesn't let me search or add the custom field. Edited the 'Case' Module as 'Complaint" and within this module want to look up for a Field 'Customer ID' from the Parent Field "Accounts". Lead Forms don't submit from embedded HTML
